Its a very nice company.I was gone here for interview.Inner atmosphere and infrastructure was too good.Overall I saw everything is good here except watered entrance of building.

The company is big enough. I went there for interview as a fresher but didnt like the deal that they made for me. 3 rounds of interview was planned by them. They train you for a few months(if youre a fresher) and then allocate you to the project. The place is far from thane. Its near to road 16 bus stop. Frequency of bus is also very less.Hope it helps.

Congested work environment. No job security. Training is good. But no future scope. Always fear for bonds and your documents. They keep your all documents and do not let you go. Dicision are not proper.Only if you want to stay for a month or two months then only you can join .

Even though youre qualified enough for a certain post,the person who takes your interview on phone ,makes you feel inferior.They got funny conditions for employees .Their conditions are as follows...1: you should stay very near from work location ;only 25 -30 minutes traveling distance.2: You should be first class throughout, also passed out from Mumbai university.3:You should be able to answer the questions which are not at all connected with your field.. viz which vitamin one should take or which fruit contains which vitamin etcEven you pass through; above hells fire, they make you feel unworthy while taking face to face interview.Theyre never clear about what exactly they want,weather they want a fresher or an experienced.If the Hr woman doesnt approve off a candidates face... she rejects him by giving some ridiculous reason...(reason for rejection given to the experienced ones .. we want a fresher and to a freshers.. we want an experienced one).The Head or MD or CEO is never there in the office...he /she s always out,so HR and the person whoevers available in the office are whole and soul controllers ..enjoying the powers. I feel sadistic pleasure is gained by rejecting the job-seekers, by treating roughly and talking in harsh lingo. Im disheartened. Anyway

This of course will depend on the decision of the management and your performance and availability of resources, but generally management listens to your requests/opinions which I will cover in detail later.3. Small teams = more responsibility = better opportunity for intellectual growth- Most of the projects that you will work on will have a team size of 2 to 4 (very rare) developers. Since the size of the teams are small, you are entrusted with a lot of responsibilities which you would normally not find in an IT MNC.- This provides an excellent opportunity to gain diverse skill sets because you will be involved in every phase of the SDLC.4. Open culture which encourages exchange of ideas and opinions- PRDXN has a very open culture, everyone is approachable. There are no special cubicles or amenities for upper management. You can just walk up to the founding members and talk to them at any time.- There are several committees you will be added to depending on your contribution to the company and the maturity of your tenure, wherein you can put forward your ideas, complaints, opinions, suggestions and trust me all of it are heard. The decisions would of course be taken considering the well-being of the whole company which is fair, but at least your opinions are heard.7. Business Development opportunities are also provided- If you are ambitious enough and have ideas to help the business forward, to create new income avenues, business verticals, you will be given every tool possible and as much resources possible to achieve that objective. The business owners are very helpful in that respect.- The opportunities for project managers are outstanding as well. I don’t think anywhere else someone would risk an important client into the hands of a new project manager, but these guys entrust such responsibilities, which is an excellent learning and growing opportunity if you are ambitious.- The only major con I feel is that they aren’t competitive enough in terms of salary, which I am sure must’ve improved since the time I left, the wheels were already under motion during my final months of the tenure.
