There is no professionalism in the company. Third grade company and third grade upper management. They wont last long, just filling their pockets. After 6 months so will realize you have only been exploited with with the company taking your talent, skills and your potential earnings. They only believe in give relationship, and not in give-take. Absolutely vulgar company.

Sub-standard work and work ethics. They give a google form in the name of training employees. Toxic work environment set my management and can never improve.

Very bad company and bad service and exploiting unemployed youth. No wonder people leave under a year. And coming back to the 5 star reviews I remember the HR telling us to rate 5 star on google. So yeah, the cats out of the bag. Yikes!

If youre ready to loose your health physically as well as MENTALLY and forfeit your knowledge, then this is the perfect place for you.Worst Company Ever.Employees are treated as slaves.No Work-Life balance. You have to work for more than 12 hours a day including weekends. And if you say something about that, the CEO will say, you are here to work hard. If you dont want to learn, you are not fit for this job.You are never appreciated even after working 12-13 hours daily.Worst HR Management/Policies.Especially Ankita Takkekar, the worst and worst HR which I have not seen till now, he does not even know the M of management, such HR should be fired from the company. If you get selected and you have an offer letter from another company in your hand, they will reject you without any reason. And not only I am talking about this Ankita, all the employees of the company say that she is very poor HR and she does not know anything in management and she will blame you again and again if you do any small mistake.Very less pay compared to other companies and even your work. You dont get a compensation for the Saturday and Sunday work either.Their behaviour towards the employees will make you want to leave the company as soon as possible.Advice to Management-Dear HR, CEO and Director, its high time you be more empathetic and realistic.Stop pretending like you dont know the ground reality. Dont jump to argue on the review, accept the fact.Start good paying, training and hiring experienced employees. Dont go and hire a person from deep remote village and expect him to be your steve jobs, be realistic.

When I joined the company, they made me work on my personal laptop and did not compensae any amount for it. By doing so not only did they risk the security of their company but also of their client. Very Reckless company and very poor quality of service and management is made of very idotic individuals. Period!

Very bad company to work. No pros.Cons:1) They care employees very less.2) Zero work-life balance. You will get paid very less and still they will shout if you dont work on Saturdays and Sundays.3) No proper planning, execution by team leads.4) Lack of agile thinking. Lack of project management skills.5) CEO lacks employee-handling skills.

Worst hr!! wasted 2 week giving tough projects for interview process..

Very worst company, exploited my friend badly. The HR never accept her mistake instead blame the fellow candidates.Wasted 2-3 weeks in the name of interview. Wish I could rate the company 0 star I could have surely done that too. Poor service will never suggest anyone.

- Toxic work environment and zero coding ethics- 12-16 Working hours- Very Vey less pay- No holiday given and no comp off even if you work on holidays- Management gives false timelines to clients and blames the employees for not completing them- No benefits given to employee, and even if worked double no bonuses given.

I was an employ for a few months. First and foremost all these 5 star reviews had been forced, so all of them who have given it 5 stars were pretty new in the company, so as a result they didnt know ruthless these guys were and forgot to delete/change these reviews.Pros- You will get to work on a live project without training.Cons- They made everyone work 15 hours to complete client deadlines.- Team Lead is very rude and doesnt care about the team.- Salary is very very less. They do not compensate for saturday and sunday.- Mental health is given 0 imporatance.- Social life is an absolute 0. Probably negative.- Full pressure which will make you depressed.

I had recently join the Sankey Family, Great place to work and get chance to learning and work with multiple and new technologies. Best part of Sankey Solution is all the members (i.e HR, TL ,Team member and other too) are friendly and give equal opportunity to share ideas with them and had session on weekends where seniors and fresher share their knowledge on treading technology. So in simple word I have to say that it is best for both fresher and experience candidate.

Worst Company and worst management team.

Great place to work. Its a company driven by young crowd with an average age between 22-23. Flat hierarchies, learning and supportive environment, solution mindset, and the work culture all this creates a better working environment.Highly recommend it to a fresher.
