Great project to invest now in thane, Unique Shanti developer is already developed Mira ,bhayandar couple of luxury project they have delivered in borivali and bandra. you can check on there websites or if youre from that location.

Good area they offering but room are too small as compared to space given in living room... U think architectural planning went seriously wrong

I have personally known this Builder for more then 25 years as I have booked and bought my first dream House in Mira Road Mumbai in 1992. This project will be a Value for the money invested in and Home in the middle of the Lush Green Natures Bosom with serene surroundings.

One of my friend has already buyed flat with this developer and experience was extremely bad.False promises of amenities which are not completed since past 3 years.No gym is ready, swiming pool is under contruction from last 2 years, no parking allotment, no Tmc water.Infact the pipes are not even fitted correctly and wall leakage is everywhere.After complaining to builder, there is no response from his end, always says that he is busy. Its the same staff working in all the projects ao be assured that whatever he says, it doesnt matter, he is gonna repeat his mistakes. Without completion of any of the amenities he has already takes maintenance of the same for 2 years or so. and there is no facility to avail.

You might be liked the building plan, flats, carpet area, cost, location of Unique Vista but its not like that you think. This is the fact example of Unique Green project by Unique Shanti where I bought a flat. Most of the buyers are suffering loss in EMI/interest due to 1.5 years delay in possession of Unique Green project of this builder. The possession is still pending.Unique green is the first project of Unique Shanti Developer in Thane, and the second one is Unique Vista. Their work is very slow as per their commitment. Most of the buyers of Unique Green got frustrated with the false commitment of sales and management team of Unique Green.While purchasing the flat in Unique Green I never thought I would comment like this about Unique Shanti developer but now I feel, I should comment to make aware about the Unique Shanti to new home buyer. My intention is to convey the home buyers to invest the money at right place. So grab more information from existing customers/friends and then take the decision. The project is beautiful and surrounded by lush green. Leisure places like Tiku ji ni wadi makes it the best place to live.
