Ashar 16 is a Residential Complex. There are multiple wings in this Complex. Ashar IT park is behind this society. You get a sharing auto from Thane station west side. To reach this place one need to say Road 16 to the rickshaw person. Once you get down, it is hardly 5-10 minutes walking distance from Road 16 stop. The place is peaceful and also located at prime location

20 min walking distance from Mulund Cheknaka. The place is quite and nice. The place is very clean. Locality is good. Garden and gym is available. Problem is about transport. No auto rickshaw and taxi stand is near the Society gate. One have to walk 5-7 min to petrol pump to get share rickshaw. There is rickshaw stand for Thane railway station only. One may get Private rickshaw but it can take much time to find one. The TMT bus frequency is worst in this area. The society is very good. 2 lifts in every wing. One is bigger having lot space to carry goods. Huge parking area is there. Fire system is good. Security is good. Ashar IT park is hallmark near this place. It is 10 minutes from thane MIDC. And one big problem is no general goods store near this society. You have to take at least 10 min walk to find food restaurants, general store, medical or ATM machine. Some work are remaining of some wings of this society. Otherwise all good. As faar residency get full, transport will also get fixed here like permanent auto rickshaw stand.

Builder took maintenance of 2 years while booking flat, and the society electricity bills were not paid by him for almost 6 months. Builder agreed upon providing 24 hrs water but since last few months there are at least 4-5 days when there is no water(not even in flush) and society members has to order water tankers. Builder took maintenance for 2 years from every flat, but still we have to contribute money for calling tankers. Even the parking areas are converted into swimming pools during rainy seasons due to water leakage issues. There are parking allotment issues as well. Too expensive as it doesnt fulfill basic need like water.

Awesoommeee Apartments. Its surrounded by All the IT MNCs.Local general store are lil bit away.TMT busses going towards lakshmi park , halts here.

The area is very posh and fabulous but the locality of people live here no class and cheap. No understanding. Riskhow auto vala, paper vala, dudh vala, mangers all are here so its tuff to maintain your class. People hate each other even animal. This place is not for classy and animal lover pal.

Ashar is an new project.. One of my frd having her own house in it.the quality materials used to furnished the washroom .i like the overall project.from mulund station by bus it take 15 min and 13 rs per person..as u looking for ur dream home then do visit ashar..

Hopeless parking....i took a new car and parked it on 1st floor....after 2 weeks there was a leakage of some bad stink liquid from the pipes...it entirely destroyed my car bonnet....since some days i am seeing no security is seen in parking....and these people take maintenance with a higher cost....also my new home has a leakage of pipe from sink....these all is not expected from Ashar Tower....we just conpleted 2months after shifting....it was better when we were staying in building...atleast everything was up to date....many people are saying gym is awesome and all....gym is totally ready but not started yet....dont know the reasons all the staffs are blaming to each other....Totally disappointed with Ashar Team...plz look into these...every people has spend alot of money to get these residence...otherwise many other builders are there were we will spend the same...and get sweet fruits in result...thanks
