Beautiful concept behind Marigold project, well thought-of amenities, great location in terms of connectivity, with metro line coming up right in front of the project.Owing to the fact that its an established brand, this is a good and secure option to go withSiddheshwar Gardens is beautiful creation by STG .STG is amongst those subtle builders who do not make a loud noise about their credentials.They are honestly the best and I will highly recommend them to buyers . Providing larger carpet areas is truly rare these days .

STG space planning and sample flats are also beautifully crafted. I have visited 4 of their projects in thane and all have retained a similar level of credibility and trust. You can see synergy in all their project.

We Visited Signature, Atlantis and Marigold in one day they all are well maintained and the staff is very cordial and professional in every way. The Senior Sales Manager guided us in a perfect way will all banking and loan process.

Amazing Project! Worst experience, no customer service, noone to provide any information

I am owner of a property in Signature Residency and after reading this review, I thought of sharing my experience with STG Realty. After understanding the entire history and the present stage of the project, I was fully convinced that the project was stalled due to government legalities and the builder has gone out of the way to safe guard the project and also that the hard earned money invested by the people in the project. Bankers have been funding all the projects of STG and Inspite of the delay have been associated with the builder. All the projects are actively in construction and the team is always available to give us a proper feedback at all times. I believe this review is just to defame the builder without knowing the current facts of the projects. Gurmeet Siingh.

Irresponsible Builder. After giving possession in 2013. Jamsine building in Kolshet road does not have entrance as per committed. Builder as failed to provide entrance to underground parking. All residents are struggling for many reasons.

Service, Staff and every small details is just excellent. Totally satisfied with the site visit at Signature Residencies, Flat sizes are spacious as compared to other developers.

Thanes most credible name STG is now also in chembur. Check their project its very much reasonable with 1 and 2 bhk configuration .

Hi I want to share my experience with STG. We booked flat at their project ATLANTIS panchpakhadi Thane west in 2009. We were promised possession in 2013. We are now heading for 2017 and construction is way away from completion. Builder extends completion date every 18 months has NOT moved an inch with construction since past four years. STG doesnt give any solid answers of why there is a delay and what is STG doing to resolve. I am writing this review so other buyers can be careful when they make the most important decision in life.
