This the most irresponsible and lier builder. I reside at Bhiwandi Regal Square project built by Squarefeetbuilders from last 2 years. We dont get drinking water as well as boring water. We duly pay our maintenance on time but still this guy isnt care about our situation.Please do a lot of research before buying property with Squarefeet Builders. My whole lifes investment is at stake now. Conditions at regal square is getting worse. Thieves, no proper security, no solar water as promised (they are planning to sell the solar equipments as they are out of condition)

DONT By Home from this Bhuilder. Making Compact Homes Giving More loading. gives you 340 Carpet 1 BHK bt actual BUA area is 610-635 SQ.ft Which means It Add loading approx 65% means you pay 635 Sq.ft. bt cant get actually half Of this. Also there is Also Hidden Charges which they told you after you booked flat n take that ammount in cash without receipt. When you booked home they give something date for possottion bt the not delivered on time when complaint they said check RERA website or your Aggriment We have mentioned possttion date in that this date was allmost 1 year - 18 month more that they orally said you. So dont go from this devlopers if you want go to orchid square project in chikhloli, ambernath west
