This is an amazing project. The hospitality there is very good . They have many options available and good construction quality. Definitely a must visit if looking for a house. I have got mine.

My friend bought a house there a couple of years ago and the builder has not yet given possession.. with no communication, no compensation, nothing! The builder is using common folks like us to mint money and not bothered about how his customers/flat owners ordeal! Deplorable

Very poor experience with a so called reputed builder. Under par post sales support to compound issues. At the time of booking, promises were made of March 20 / Sep 20 delivery, now project likely to be delayed to Sep 22. Delays started even before Covid lockdown stuck. Suggest new buyers to be wary as other builders in the area are progressing faster.

Absolutely no updates from CRM. Interest amount accumulating, house sold, rent cost and the only answer we get when we call CRM is there is labour challenge. I dont see a similar challenge for other builders in the same area. I might have sent multiple emails but no response. Unfortunately. Kalpataru does not leave me an option but to seek legal help.

It has been more than 5 years and still counting.Last 2 years , if you see the update , no progress at all.They have already received the base price and they dont mind whether you continue to lose finance on rent and emi.What about the layout , this project is bang opposite to a cluster of Lodha towers. This was already visible even before they started digging.How are they going to compensate to all the buyers for the delay caused by their improper planning and decisions ?What brand and what premium ? I booked the flat in early 2016 when the project was launched. I had booked under the impression of Kalpataru brand. In fact I had come to book in Lodha Amara. After seeing this project I had changed my mind and entered in agreement. The story is same with me even.Your financial problem started way before covid pandemic. With gods grace you can create a story now. We purchased the flat as it is necessity. We made the corpus by taking loan from banks and paying hefty interest per month.You are cheating the customers by giving false commitment continuously. I called several times and your reply is same always that it would be delivered on time.My request to all aspirants not to purchase flat in Kalpataru, if you dream to get the possession on time.

Please dont get trap in this brand name Kalpataru THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT IS PROMISED..............My request to all those who has booked in this project to come together and form group. Try to contact each other.. and let us be united and fight for common cause.....CHEATER COMPANY --- Booked in 2016 Dec, WHILE BOOKING sales team promised for possession by DEC 2020. But during Agreement 2 dates were mention one SEP 2021 and other DEC 2020 with If Possible beside it, obliviously company intention was just to put some date and never to honor it.Construction work is halted since DEC2019, just for name sake only few 10 to 12 workers were seen at the site. I stay just 10 minutes away from the site. They have stopped construction work much before COVID started (2020). These people diverted all construction work force to nearby project Paramount and construction started there in full swing from 0 slab to 20+ slabs completed there.Whole idea is to extract 90% of money in just 15 to 18 months and then make customer to suffer for next 3 or more years.My humble request, please dont trust this brand name.Kalpataru.. they are not at all customer friendly. Their customer relation team is also not cooperative.I was seeing companys clear intention in delaying the work. Despite of numerous emails Kalpataru did not provided me simple satisfactory replies.Their team always shows power of big corporate company and if we question more they reply please contact to our Legal team...They just dont care about customers. All they want to show is they are big corporate they can do what ever they want...Please dont get trap in this brand name Kalpataru THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT IS PROMISED..............

Very Bitter experience , construction for the tall towers are stopped since 2 years.CRM executves are playing a tape.. . have paid a substantial part of the cost .. no sign of possesion by Dec 21..Only reasons COVID and govt norms..All project nearby are in full steam.. No credible information .. Very pathetic ..

I am not at all happy with promises made by sales team and being feel cheated. Possession offered in 2016 was dec-19 verbally and on paper March-20 and even today no clarity on exact possession date

Given premium to Kalptaru considering that they will deliver their promise.. however its pathetic...there are no construction activities in C tower from last one year...CRM team are also not fair ..they know the situation still they respond that we would deliver the project on time...but if there are no work is going on how they think they will deliver...all new buyer please be careful... kalptaru are not like what was it ..dont be fool like us..

Very sad experience with esteemed group like kalpataru . Booked flat in dec 2016 with verbal commitment of possession in the month of sept 20 and u can do sales agreements any time before possession of flat . And after 2 years in the name of RERA asked us to do sales agreement.collected 85% of monies by august 19 against the completion of 40% of work . And now there is no timelines given to possession . In today’s date only 45% work is completed . And CRM team has no answer to our queries . I am paying the huge emi for bank loans and day by day my financials burden are started piling up . Kalpataru management is responsible for the same . Please think 10 times before booking under construction property in kalpataru park city project .

We got fooled by so-called reputed Kalpataru brand. There is no progress made on the project, the construction seems to have been completely stalled. CRM team is absolutely pathetic and they havent given any clarity on the possession status. Dont go for this project.

We booked the under construction flat by thinking that Kalpataru is big builder and would deliver on or before time. But I was wrong. They say that they have better construction quality that lodha. But all in vein if you don’t deliver on time. Very poor CRM team. Construction is on hold or slow since 2019 Nov.

It is surprising to see that in this forum there are people who have rated 5stars. Needless to mention that they are misleading.Story is very much similar. I booked in late 2016 when I was promised a possession date of no later than mid 2020 considering any unforeseen delays in construction. They did not generate any document at the time of booking which mentioned the possession date. When asked, I got a reply saying Sir, the possession date will surely be mentioned in the agreement copy. It will not be different than what we are assuring. Reputation in real estate precedes its name so I decided to go ahead with the booking.When the draft agreement copy was received it was a shocker to see Mar 2021. Once again I approached the CRM team and the reply received was Sir, this is only a RERA compliance date. The property will be ready by end 2020. Nothing else could have ridiculed me but being helpless I was left with no choice but proceed signing of on the agreement. Note: the catch was when they actually, for the first time, mentioned about their plan to increase G and H tower to 42storey as against original plan of 26storey. The feeling of getting cheated came within.Long story short...there is no use simply writing reviews and venting in online forums. I request that we create a team and take it up strongly with Kalpataru. I have written couple of emails seeking compensation. Received a reply of rejection but...I do not intend to stop. I believe that with a combined pressure the builder is bound to bend over. If anyone out there is wanting to use this time to insist for a compensation then please let me know. We can talk and plan it out. Kalpataru may call this as a defamation approach but only an affected individual can understand its own situation.I would have given probable 1star for whatever has happened. However, the 2nd star is for that one tiny possibility I can see that Kalpataru may be ethical and considerate towards we buyers.If you are serious, please reach me at [email protected].

I booked in 2016 considering kalpataru was a good brand. I cancelled my lodha Amara booking at that time. Today lodha Amara is delivered and the date in rera is 2023 for Immensa. The brand has done immense damage by not being with commitment. Today I am paying emi and also paying rent. Very frustrating experience.

Hopefully this will turn into a good area if they deliver on time. But Kalpataru has dragged the Immensa project since 2016. Since last Marc20 to June21, which is 15 months, they not even added a single brick. They keep launching new projects but have shut down work on Immensa buildings. All other builders have made significant progress given the Covid challenge, but Kalpataru has not put any effort to start the Immensa project work. Please think twice before investing in their project. Go and visit the ParkCity project and see for yourself.

Guys,As information received from my sources actually Kalpataru received Notice from TMC in the month of March or April regarding slow progress of central park compare to Immensa. So may be its mentioned there to stop Immensa progress or to get the more progress in central park.This is the main reason of slow progress & not the Covid. Now its very doubtful @ the possession.At the time of booking sales Guys told will get possession in 2019 or at the worst 2020.But in RERA it was 2024.After asking they said its for whole project & RERA wont provide possession dates building wise.I dont understand then why there is separate RERA no?In agreement Date of offer of possession is 30th Sep-20 & Final possession date is September-21. And now Kalpataru giving reasons of Covid as force majeure &MahaRERA has taken due cognizance of the said situation as a “force majeure” event, and has mandated deemed extension of possession timelines by six months, subject to further extension, if any.Also they have revised RERA possession date as 30-6-25.😡😡At the present construction is halt since Dec-19 & no relation with Covid.By looking current construction status sure it wont get complete before 2023.Very worst progress. Project launched in 2016 & getting possession in 2023. It looks like dealing with -C category builder.Also construction quality will be the hurdle after possession as Kalpataru Sunrise ppl are facing now.CRM team is not interested to resolve any query & even they are not treating customer respectfully. Very proudy of brand which is actually not.Lodha is far better than Kalpataru 😡😡.

Project is delayed infinitely, no periodic updates from crm team, no clear timeline for completion nothing, kalpataru is behaving like a tier 3 builder and charging premium as if tier 1. They are advertising other launch projects but not a word of when the existing half built projects will be completed. Think twice before booking.

Be extremely careful if you are booking under-construction property with them. They take forever to deliver. We pre-booked during May, 2016 & it was committed that posession would happen by Mar, 2020 (though internal deadline was Dec,2019). The team shared that 3 months was kept as buffer. In due course, they changed the RERA deadline from 2021 to 2024. When we questioned during our agreement sign off, it was told, nothing to worry about, you would be getting posession as per timeline.We are extremely disappointed by the progress & would surely not recommend this brand.As per marketing gimmicks goes, they would do a big campaign delivering the flat by 2022 & promoting that they delivered before RERA timeline of 2024, which is extremely unethical & false.
