Nice living, clusters of towers, away from traffic road. TMC garden just opposite and almost empty road gives you a unpolluted living.

During summer you wont get enough water, during rain you will get so much water that the roof will leak. Construction work going on always on all days so all those disturbance and construction sound wonttmake u feel lonely. Good people live here friendly nature and this place is near all markets , but far away from Thane station

Nice quite colony which brightens up on weekends. I love staying here and touchwood no water or electricity problems as of now. The society is multi ethnic and most of the people are well educated...good jogging track, swimming pool and play area for kids which is scarce in todays world or comes at a very high premium

One of the worst builder of Kasarvasavali. I have paid for the parking where till date I have not received any parking slot nor the refund of the parking amount paid. All the staff left and no one answers the call not takes the responsibility of the same. Hope they will respond to this message now and refund my money.

There is no dry area for the washing machine. There is an outlet in the kitchen for washing machine, which is extremely inconvenient and space consuming. Water also seems to be a problem here.
