Ver very bad Experience.The technician came on 8th August. Started for billing process. Since i m on rt feed,My wife requested to collect the blood sample first. This reports are still awaited. On monday he has to come for pp,... But said he wont b coming. Will collect sample on tuesday. Very Unprofessional. Not expected from The Metropolis.Hopefully the authorities look into this.

Metropolis Healthcare is icmr approved private hospital. It has good quality of staff and their members.

I had booked two appointments on the 19th of July, one at Thane and the second at Parel, as I had to travel to Bangalore. The one at Parel went smoothly, the technician reached on time. But the technician that was assigned at Thane was not cooperative at all. He cancelled my appointment without any notice and left me hanging. It was urgent yet, his phone didnt have incoming service. I was assisted by the call center for the same and the lady was very polite and helpful. Yet, when intimated to her seniors, all they did was send a mail to someone on the top level management and after 45 minutes, my appointment was cancelled. It is a humble request to metropolis, please screen and check with your technicians about their cantact details and verify before you let them out and take samples. This was very inconvenient for me I had to go myself and get my test done under a flyover, a service provided by TMC.

Good service . They even pay home visits (free of cost) just call them prior .
