We had booked two units here and like others it was assured to us that in case of cancellation, the booking amount (INR 90,000) will be refunded. My real pain started after cancelling the units. The reverse side of application form had hidden terms & conditions which defined a clause for no refund upon cancellation (this was highlighted by us at the time of booking). Further, the sales is managed by third party who do not accept any form of accountability. I was told to visit the main office and REQUEST for refund over there and since there was no progress, I directly approached RERA and got my refund.

Initially they told that those are already been sold but when called from other number they are selling it higher prices.6. Worst group to ever get associated with7. Fraud people

The tower is under constructionThe locality is good .. surrounding view is also good...nice location....the construction is going upto mark.....and we r expected to get the ready flats by 2021....

You have to climb up to the 4 th floor to inspect the sample flats !!Flats are good, but no open space around the building.

Please guys think many times before you book any flat with the group. I had booked a flat and paid the booking amount of 90k... But I cancelled it the very next day before 24 hours... But the concerned sales person asked us to take a day and then cancel. We got to know that there were people cancelled before 24 hours and got the entire money back from other sales representative...This group is very unprofessional and only stealing hard earned money.... Worst experience...

Dont know what kind of developers are they or is it that we interacted with a wrong person (Aditi). She didnt share any brochure, floor plan even after making deposit. If some senior responsible person is willing to discuss, pls reach out

The management policies are pathetic, needless to say completely in favor of the developers at our cost. Not recommended.Dissappointed. I wish i could give zero stars.

Costings not as per shown 59,00000 lakhs is even not agreement value adding all cost goes around 75 lakhs otherwise oki but adds are misleading
