Its a main bus stand for the city...Moving bus to all directions..But lack of good atmosphere...Need more maintanance....Their is no seat for passengers those who waiting for bus....And shelter is not to much...

The skywalk makes it very easy is traveling by foot and also is connected to the TMT Bus SATIS and THANE Railway Station.

Its the worst depot , you cant sit comfortably anywhere, people are just spitting everywhere , the staff is not helpful , busses were never regular. instead of this others bus depots are much more preferable and clean....

The Thane bus depo is very well connected for local busses to wards mumbai ,the thane bus depo is veey well attached to railway ststion thane for local train too ,its so systemetic that one point of time you can directly enter the bus from the same floor of railway station this statue of baba saheb ambedkar is the land mark for identification ,you can get buses from here for panwel ,airoli,panwel nerul and many more

Buses are not on time

Buses are usually not on time due to station is located in very congested area but near to railway station. Staff is not punctual except some you will have to ask local shop owner for bus and theres no seating arrangement normally available you have to stand for quene normally 1-2 hrs for longer routes

Nearest State transport bus depo, which easily we can find bus for Bhaindar or intercity buses..

Need improvements in management

One of the Important Bus Depot connecting Thane with other suburbs or towns in Mumbai Metropolitan Region like Borivali, Bhiwandi, Panvel, Vasai-Virar, etc. Adjacent to Thane Railway Station. Need of high maintenance considering no. of passengers use this depot. Lack of cleanliness and negligence hamper the quality of service. Some changes like ventilation, display of arrival and departure timings are quintessential as everyone cant see small screen on office window displaying it.

It is a suburb of Mumbai and it is a very large and busy railway station, though cleanliness is relatively less good but it is good to see busyness and footfall.

Easy to locate, near thane railway station, S.T. bus, 2 * 2 and shivshahi for Nalasopara, Vasai, Virar, Bhaynder, Borivali, Bhiwandi, Panvel, Uran, etc. are available
