Room which I was alloted washroom water passage were blocked and even in basin...... Kindly request the staff to alot room after checking it

Poor service. Telephone Intercom not working. Old phones must Chang. TV poor reception. Keep good TV of latest LCD in room. No programes are coming accept Kannada local channel There is noFox, news, BBC, CNA, All India news. Vivid Bharati, international channel of entertainment. Poor show. There is no refrigerant in room. No hotel good standard restaurant veg, nonveg, No family restaurants veg and non. Veg No hot water early in the morning after 9 AM get hot water at the bath rooom, every change bedsheets not done. Everyday the bath towel not changed. I was there at two nights . Nobody had come room cleaning housekeeping. Bedsheets not changed, bath towel not changed. Intercome not working. No serviced at Intercom. One as to go down to ask the reception. It has to improve and charges are high. Services are poor Standered. Improvised Standered must these facilities must provide to client.

Rooms are pathetic.. bathrooms are even more pathetic.. if you have to spend 1 night and this is the only hotel left in the universe you better stay on the Road. There is showpiece of black colour hanging on the wall initially I thought it’s a TV but it worked only like a showpiece as there is no cable. AC works but you can’t control the temperature.. if you are staying alone you won’t feel like you are alone because they provide the company of Mosquitoes and cockroaches.. it’s the worst stay of my life.. the staff is not trained to attend the customers properly.. check out time is 11:00 but they start calling you from 10AM to leave the room and when you confront they threaten you to leave sharp at 11:00. I would never ever recommend this hotel. I have booked online but plDon’t book this hotel online go and check the rooms I guarantee you will not book the hotel if you see the rooms once.

Food was nice. ambiance also good. actually we visited during odd hours.... so service was bit delayed.but tasty treat made up for it.relished the best ever CHAAS...go for it..

Here food serve is very fast.... cleanliness is well developed....only there is deficiency of seats in hotel becoz it is divided in rooms like structure n those divider have acquire space that cause deficiency of seats.....btw......food is awesome..... service is awesome...... temperature inside is awesome..... It is a good place for the stay as well as just for the purpose of dinning out. It is suitable for the kids and adults as well. The food is nice and the quantity is more than sufficient. Though the service is little bit slow but its fine. It is easily noticeable from main road.

Recently spent 9 nights at this property. The value for your money is unbelievable. A perfect location for our needs whilst visiting the city. The traffic connections are very good. I was always taken care of. The best part of the booking was a great internet connection for free. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

Very indecent staffWe have booked a room in this hotel for our client. While check out we went and we paid the bill, we are not aware of total amount. They havent even provided bill. Once we left the place they call us back and say that there is some balance amount of food bill,since we dont know they included or excluded food bill, I told we will come back and pay in a day or two.The waiter response is you have eaten food and whats the problem in paying we never said we dont pay for it. Its not even one fourth of the room rent we paid.very indecent behaviour even we have told them that we will be back and pay and also constantly answering calls.This is not expected,when we understood that your staff have missed something and we are ready to be back and pay.they havent even provided any bill though we informed them prior to arrange all the bills before we come for the check out.
