The worst interview experience with the shameless and rude staff especially HARSHA JANYANI. First she wasted my entire day by changing the interview timings and finally she scheduled my interview at 7:30pm. The interview was in Spanish, but the interviewer ABHISHEK had zero knowledge of the language and was even addressing me informally which is so unprofessional in Spanish language during an interview. Moreover, he was not able to understand anything and was continuously floundering while speaking Spanish, he only knew 2-3 words of Spanish. HARSHA JANYANI doesnt even know the shift timings are according the USA timings and she asked me about it which makes me think that they dont even have any clients in the USA.And the worst part is HARSHA was shamelessly and continuously asking me about other references even after rejecting me as if I were the HR, asking me to do her jobGuys I request you to think carefully before applying in this company. I dont want you all to have a bad experience that I had and I am also saying this because as you all can see the majority of the google reviews are negative.I have attached the screenshot of harshas profile. I was selected for a process called Door Dash. After two days of training recruitment team Ms. NISHA called me and asked to log out from the training. My trainer dont have information regarding this. Then TELEPERFORMANCE HR called and said test is not cleared so I cant proceed the training. But I have cleared my test as per the recruitment and after that they proceed with HR and Operational interview. And I have received my offer letter. If the test is not cleared then how come the Teleperformance HR is proced with training is this way HR team working in TELEPERFORMANCE. And I received my system at home also when I was not attending the training also . So bad communication of HR team working their. After two days they took my system back. Hr said he will transfer me to other batch which will be in next week so which never ever happened till now. Its now one and half month nor any reponse from HR or recurtiment team. I called both of them no answer at all. I back out I dont want them to.loose their job coz of me but in the end I lost my JOB coz of some people mistake. Never had such bad experience any of the company.

HR team are the goons at this company.while coming for an interview Prepare to get yourself insulted and disgusted by HR team.

I was selected for a process called door dash. I am a expecting mother.. and I was finding it very difficult to work in night shift hence I contacted hr VAIBHAVI to just request if they can move me to day shift.. she was so rude to me and yelled and treated me as if I am a criminal.. she said we would never hire you if youtold us you are pregnant.. this was the worst experience of my life this is the way you treat your female employees being a female your self. Very disappointed. If you did not want a pregnant employe you could tell me in a polite way that you understand my situation but cant provide me with a day shift.. but the way I was treated I can neve forget. I will neve recommend any one to join this firm.. especially an expecting mother.

Worst experience and one thing the staff is very bad I meet with a Mrs. She speaks abusively like a red light area girls and she has always do that parshility with all employees

The HR team is Worst.Team members are Prajkta, Krinjal & Pankaj.They entered wrong date of birth while joining in UAN Portal and I was requesting to change from the 1st day of my joining. Still it was not changed and now I hitted very badly in terms of financial, I need to withdraw my PF AMOUNT. I M unable to complete my Kyc and withdraw my money.No support from HR.

It is bpo located in Asher IT. It includes both domestic and International BPO services. Various types of projects some are good but domestic projects are not that much fair and good. Crowd of BPO not of a quality one if international BPO are not considered. People not even taught how to behave in a lift and what rules to be followed. Other companies have to suffer due to over crowded and low quality crowd.

The company is best for all the people and it is also provide the best facility and you can join it very easly and do the job perfectly

Working environment is the only best thing about this company Im still working with them. I reported transport issues salary issues a couple of months ago. I havent even received my 26th Jans double till now. They never took any action against transport employee neither they added a vendor so that we get cabs on time. The higher management of this company really needs to take a look into the company management.

If your 1 hour is over you cant even pee.3) Internal politics4) Constant pressure of target from vertical heads.5) No flexibility in leaves, you have to come to office even if you are dying.6) Appraisal is really less7) Peer crowd is mostly doper.
