Every one is treated equally, there is no concept of superiority or inferiority.I joined this company as a fresher and worked here for almost three years. As a fresher I learned a lot from all the projects I have worked here. I got to work in the core domain of the project from the start itself, which helped me a lot to get my basics strong. I have also got many opportunities to work on tasks which were beyond my abilities. It was a great and fruitful experience here.For a fresher who would like to get his/her foundation perfect and who wants to work on system level projects then I recommend that this company is a perfect place to start your career.Yes, its a small company and every one here is not satisfied but with a right attitude, the knowledge and experience you can get in few years by working here is very vast compared to what you will get in big companies even after working there for many years. If you started your career here and your friend started his/her career in some other big company. They interviewed me and my program was all correct with zero errors still they told me my programming was not upto mark and when i asked why, what went wrong they simply said we dont provide any feedback. Seriously had a bad experience.👎
