Service is good.. Customer support service very helpful and provide correct and reasonable details.

Pretty crowded, had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for my turn and took 15 to 20 minutes to complete the process, Price is reasonable and delivery time as well. They do provide by Road and by Air option.

Unprofessional, dont even bother to inform if the parcel is at their office and one needs to collect it because of their few pin codes dont fall under their delivery area. Disappointing experience twice.

On their site it says delivering to all zones and for some reason they wont deliver my package to my place. Amazon, Myntra and snapdeal are delivering to my locality. but yall would not. I have shipped a consignment on 19th May to Thane from Nashik. It is more than 20 days the consignment is not delivered. Fedex is non responsive . I will never ship through Fedex

Several time calling Thane office but nobody bother to receive call to answer. We are sending material by air means what? We dont have excess money to donate FEDEX. We should have right to know about our material status.You are in service industry so understand customer requirement.

Pathetic service!! I wish minus marking could have been there in the rating scale and I would have went for that instead. Thane office is literally degrading the FedEx standards. Its been two weeks since I received the out of delivery message for my order, yet I havent received it till now. I tried calling their staffs multiple times, they just give fake assurances everytime however havent delivered the package yet.

They’ve no payment option apart from cash. And they won’t tell you that until you get to the payment stage and all the paper work is done. It’s horrible especially if you wanna do an international courier. That said they take ages to process anything. They made me wait for 30 mins to tell me that they only accept cash. Don’t go here if you can avoid it.

What a poor and inefficient customer service provided to me today . FedEx is said to be the number one service provider. Do you really train your staff to maintain the same standard, I doubt. Staff at Shop No.9-10, Ground Floor, Rutu Business Park are pathetic. I called the customer care number and got the info that I do not need to get my stuff packed as at the center they will provide me box and packing will be done for the same . I entered the center and staff over there we in no mood to attain . Busy chit chatting and in their own world . When finally they attended me they said they got no box to get my things packed , after struggling to get a box I come to know from a staff named Vijay & a old bold man ( I dont remember his name) that I need to get it packed and tapped . They dont provide that either. I mean what do they provide then ??? They were busy marketing and asking me to do a online booking and that they will send their staff at my place and I will get 33% discount where now I will get only 16% discount. I mean - I m here , just help me to get my things shipped. They send me back thrice to get my parcel packed . This disrespectful service team who do not help or assist with any issues at all , trust me I will never recommend this FedEx center to anyone.Request to the owner of the shop or franchise - Kindly do your audit or send mystery guest periodically to keep a check on this lazy, low life staff and to avoid negative comments which will definitely help you to maintain your standards.

These guys do not want to work, or possibly they have taken a vow to dupe the FedEx brand name and reputation in India, which has already shattered in recent days. My package was lying in their warehouse for 9 days and they have been making false status updates that the customer was unavailable while the rest of the hard working delivery agents from other brands were able to deliver my shipments without any issue. I had to collect the package from their office as they were too lazy to work and are possibly waiting for a lottery that will change their life without work. A simple note to David Ross: Hire better people and shut down such delivery centers, if that is not possible, stop providing services in India.

Guess we gonna need a zero star option here. How much time it takes for a package to be delivered from mumbai hub to customers doorstep in thane ? 1 day ? 2 days max to max? Estimated delivery from overnight turns to overweek. It took 2 days to reach the nearest thane hub and they need another 2 to deliver to customer living not more than 2 kms near their hub. Pathetic. Having so many negative remarks neither the hub, nor the higher management is doing anything about it.

Hello,This is regarding the pathetic experience I had with your FEDEX courier service, Thane Vrindavan Society branch. I had already read too many bad reviews about this branch but wanted to give it a try once.I reached your FEDEX Vrindavan Society Thane branch on saturday monrning around 11, I wanted to send a document to Gurgaon location. First of all, the branch operator was not aware of the procedure and he called someone over phone and was following his instruction. It took my around half an hour.Now the main part, my total bill was 270/- rs, first I offered him 500 rs note which he refused saying i do not have change. Then I offered him 3 notes of 100/- rs, he still did not have 30 rs to give me change.On top of this, the guy (I do not know the name) was asking me to go out and search for change (How disgusting this behavior, who the hell ask customer to go out and arrange 70 rs because the shop owner doesnt have 30 rs)In addition to this, this guy was intentionally telling other guy in loud voice that henceforth any customer comes for courier ask him to get exact change.These idiots did not even have Credit Card or Debit card machine, that means PMs go cashless message has no importance for these morons.Finally, I cancelled my and left after wasting 1 hour with pathetic courier service in this world.I knew FEDEX Vrindavan has worst operators and my belief has become more concrete now.regards.
