Security is right and staff tries to manage society and situation as much as they can.It has two floors parking and a lot of bikes are parking at multiple places apart from the bike Parking area. There is nothing like a full fledged canteen in this property.Giving one star less only for the unhygienic and uncleaned toilets which can definitely be managed better

This is a corporate office having multiple offices inside. Infrastructure wise, it is very nice. Clean, hygienic washrooms and best part is the guards. They are so friendly and helpful.

I visited the ielts test centre. Overall it has great infrastructure and even follows the necessary checks while entering the premises. Two wheeler parking is also ample.

Everything is good.... But street dogs make trouble 😂😂 Many incidents such as dog bite and all happens here every single week... Even after complaining no actions are taken

Maintenance is of common area is average to below average depending on parts of the building. Best part is the reception lobby and other common areas are not so well managed.

Infra is good with good parking space, fire exits, multiple exits in case of emergency. But this location is nearby dumping area, so strong decomposed garbage fumes can be felt. Also this infra lacks with security on floor and lack of cctv cameras. Bad instances with ladies washroom.
