Whenever I go to this place, I fell in love with it. Very well maintained resort near mumbai, good food too. Nice place to relax with your family and friends too. Very neat and clean rooms and friendly staff.

Good serene and quite place. Excellent for family getaways. Swimming pool was well mentained, nice gardens too. Dining hall was however poorly air-conditioned. Food quality was decent but service was awesome.

Great place to stay and party! Great atmosphere with no interference. Food quality is great and has no limit for orders. Staff was friendly and co-operative as well. Rooms are more like suite. Pool also has rain dance facility. Lake and river nearby. Best time to visit is monsoon. Great place for 1 or 2 night stay!

I had been to this place along with office colleagues in July 2018. This place is secluded and getting to this place via Google maps will be a challenging. Asking locals for direction in the name of Greenarth resort will give you grim faces.After reaching this place you can enjoy being a loner. Do not expect much from the resort staff. Pool is small and good. Breakfast was good but rest of the meals were average.

This place is good for a day spent, as you can enjoy the lake view and play in the backyard.Food is decent. You can have your morning/evening tea and enjoy the lake view..The rooms were the same as shown in the picture but the power cuts off again and again..Swimming pool was a bit dirty..I would not suggest anyone to stay here at night as the lights goes off and there is only one man in the resort who is also clueless when asked him about the lights..We were awake till 4AM waiting for the AC to work, our whole next day schedule was ruined..Management was very poor..

Wont be visiting this place again even if its for free. Horrible power issues throughout the day. There is no to handle powercuts during the night. DG not connected to rooms, inverters battery getting over and what not. Food is not up to the mark. Only good thing is the swimming pool.

The issues i had with this place are as follows :-1. The pool was very dirty. The water was not clear at all. Especially on the 2nd day, the condition was so appalling that i returned to the room immediately. Entry to the pool is restricted after sundown which was pretty disappointing.2. The artificial pond had fishes and frogs but it was horribly dirty with algae and moss. Even the natural lake outside was cleaner than this.3. Frequent power outages were really annoying.4. The air conditioners were being cut off at intervals and the absence of ceiling fans resulted in the room becoming hot and stuffy pretty quickly.5. There were a LOT of mosquitoes in the room and kept biting us throughout the night.The saving graces for the resort were:1. The green backyard which is well maintained.2. The view from the backyard.3. It is pet friendly.

Nice place near small lake and fresh atmosphereThe biggest problem is management which had ruined our experience. At night there is no one who can help When light goes off for hours leaving you to sweat no power back up was working. No manager or staff was available at night. Security at night might be concern.

If you dont know where you are going, and ready for surprise..then you could visit this place once in cold season November-February..This resort was built as bait, to sell residential plots, to gullible investors as second home, by designing attractive brochure and sample bungalow.Once plots where sold, the developers objective was completed, and they ran away with money leaving the area undeveloped , as is where basis..If you want assured joy after traveling 150Km from Mumbai, there is nothing much to promise , and dont risk to travel that bumpy single lane village road , and get rude shock.

This was 5 star resort few years back, and due to lack of maintenance, it has lost its shine. Not worth visiting, after long drive of 100km from MumbaiApproach road is bumpy up-to 20Km long drive through villages as single lane road.The prices are still as high city restaurant or 3 star hotel .So unattractive idea , never to recommend anyone to visit this place, which they still call resort.

Facility is good. Staff is cooperative. Need to maintain the infrastructure and improve food quality.

Nice place to be nice food and very good location and good hotel service

1) Check in time is 11 am but we got our rooms after 1 pm. The rooms are also not good. Lot of cobwebs are seen.2) Taps are not properly functioning, AC makes lot of noise, house keeping is very poor. The entire property is not kept properly3) Highway Road is excellent but state highway is very bad. There is no board at the entrance. We miss it.4) The TT table and carrom board is useless.5) The food was OK. Professional approach in maintaining the property is not there.Not worth the value we have to pay.6) Will not recommend to anybody. Do not go by the photos on website.

Location: This resort is located around 100 kms from Mumbai (Thane). It will take approximately 3 to 3.5 hrs depending on traffic. You can either go via Bhiwandi bypass or Vasai. If going via Bhiwandi bypass, ensure to go to vikramgad and then take the left as the shortcut road before vikramgad is under repair. Ensure to start journey early so that you have ample time for travel as Bhiwandi bypass is always jammed.Resort: The resort is beautiful, but needs a little maintenance. Parking space is available.Food: The food served is very tasty.Games: There is a carrom board and TT table. Cricket can be played outside.Pool: Swimming pool is present though when we went through pool was not clean as there was holi celebration before the day we went.Hospitality: Very courteous staff and are available for sevice always although the service was slow. Staff was less. This might be perhaps people were on leave due to the festival.Recommend: I will definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway with family and friends.Rating: Overall experience was good. Will rate 7/10.

Happy and Pleasant stay visited this place with my family.simply loved going there and really enjoyed.Great food and the staff was very friendly and attentive.It was my first visit but excellent. keep it up.would definitely visit again.

They have a great location, huge space and a private lake and a decent swimming pool. There is a play area for kids aa well.The Overall experience was good but they need to improve the amenities in the room. For instance, the Gyser was not working, washrooms in common area were not clean and so on. But If you discount this, the barbeque and bonfire was fun and they were accommodating enough to extend their timing for food and barbeque. Certainly worth going once.

The resort is located in palghar district. Its a 2.5hours drive from Mumbai. Though theres no sign board to locate the resort, but Google maps will take you to the exact location. They have buffet system for lunch. The buffet was not that good, the food quality could be improved. Also, there were lots of houseflies, the resort should do something about it. Rooms were well maintained, but other facilities were okayish. The games room was not in a good state. The highlight of the resort was the swimming pool and rain dance.

Has lot of un-utilised space. Small swimming pool. Shortfall of staff. Over priced short menu.

For Rs2600 per night, you cannot even expect basic hygiene from the place. Locks do not work, toilets are unclean, bed sheets have stains on them, and everything is falling apart from complete absence of maintenance. If you have a worst enemy in your life, pay them to spend a weekend here. Also, every single picture of this place on Google is misleading to lure potential guests. Stay away like your life depends on it.

Let me start with positives about this place.* Morning view is soothing to the eyes.* Food served was good. Loved few dishes e.g Lahori chicken, sewaiyaa. Options for breakfast was nice.* Descent swimming pool.* Proper service & support of staff especially Mrs. Nidhi for helping with the booking details.Some Negatives which needs to be corrected by management.* AC is just for name sake. No cooling atall. Also, to add to it there was no fan in the room. Could hardly sleep in night.* No proper hot water in my room.* No proper Toiletries provided.* DTH connection was of no use as only free channels were available.* Boating and bonfire should had been arranged on request.To pay 7000 RS with absence of proper amenities felt pricing on a higher side.Also,A dish of chicken chilly being over priced @ 400 didnt made any sense.Conclusion : A one time visit place but only in groups and only in Rainy or winter season given above issues are resolved.
