I was working as a technician at this company on a contract basis and trust me I enjoyed the work but, the way the management and others behaved during the salary was unfair.I dont know about the past history of the company but, today its much way disorganised and has no proper system of work. Its dirty inside no proper place although they have lots of free area that can be used.Its a filthy management of a shop floor.I hardly worked for 20-25 days and left.. I met many skilled people who were superb at their works but, their talent was not recognized.The supervisors use a very bad language to talk with their employees while some did backfire and some did not...They have a good product but, a zero amount of vision is what I sensed.. The design department is still good but,they are not able to use their ideas .The contract system is the worst part of the company and oneday might ruin it fully.They even cut salary of Sunday.. 😬Please check before you say yes to this guys .. Its a dark room with not so good surprises.

Gave an interview over here around an year back.Cleared 4 rounds of interview.H.R , Technical , Operations & Sales.Was kept on hold for more than a month for no reason as such.Was told to submit all salary slips. I assumed that once salary slips are asked for means the candidate is almost selected and slips are just for validation purpose and deciding the final CTC for the candidate.After few days while following up with them on continuous basis I was told by the H.R that I was rejected.I asked for a valid reason for rejection as my interviews were very good and the hike that I had asked for was hardly 20 - 25%.I did not get any satisfactory answer for that.Later on , when I discussed this incident with my friends, I came to know that similar incident happened with few of them too.Josts was interviewing people of similar industries just to gather information about the competitor companies.Other than normal interview questions they used to ask questions about the hierarchy of the organisation , The specification and make of the product , salary structures , name of the people working , etc.They were keeping such extended rounds of interviews just to get as much information as possible from the candidate . Thats it !I must say...very nice way of staying updated with competition .....but why the hell are you wasting a persons time when you arent going to hire him/her ?There are many other ways of getting information too.This review is for all the candidates who are about to go for an interview over here. Please be careful . Dont share any details about your organisation especially if you are from Material Handling Industry.
