I ordered kranzel HD 7/122 TS and finalized the quote amount what they sent me in whatsapp and i paid the full amount and later the day they called me and convincing me to pay 1500 more because there is a calculate mistake in the quoted amount, I dont understand having a big company and asking more to pay because of calculation mistake which is not fair and i suggest Vedh Techno Engineers Pvt Ltd to keep up with their words and promise done to customer.
