They sell used product. Recently I bought powerbeats 3 earphones after sometime the headphones stop working. When I show that product b2x apple authorised Store they refuse to to repair it replace it. Apple said that the product is out of warranty period.I lost my 14 grand.

Good store to buy mobiles and accessories. This shop is in Viviana mall.The only feedback for them is for the owner who I foung scolding the workers in front of customers.

Pathetic Service...I went to check out phones and inquired about phone exchange. One of the representatives asked for phone to check and later started to show me some white spots on my screen. I was surprised because i had never seen them before and now i see them everyday. Definitely he had done something because he started to say with these spots mobile phone price is 2500 and without them 5000....... be aware

All is good but the customer service guys working thre are so lazy who do unboxing of phones and insert sim card.They are just least bothered in which sim slot they are inserting sim one or two ,they had put my sim card in sim two slot and never asked me for my sd card or other sim if any ....

I purchased an expensive scratch guard from vivivna mall store with replacement guarantee as committed by their sale person. But now they turned up on their word and refused to do so. Very pathetic. It seems that they are selling second hand product.

Horrible. We stood there for 1 .5 hours to install and backup data on my new phone that I bought. To my surprise after the staff struggled to transfer data, there was nothing installed on my phone. The staff has zero knowledge and basics r very poor. After sale service horrible.

Real bad customer service just yesterday (11-7-17) i went to purchase 128gb sd card Mrp ₹4000 when asked for final price they came down to ₹3000(including taxes(GST) After a day or two i returned to purchase the sd card & was told it would cost ₹4000 only reason being increased vat 5%(which was totally bs told by the manager itself) Never buying anything from them & will say so in my circles.
