We have called 5 to 6 times at Vijay sales head office as well as Dombivli east branch.Either they are not picking calls n if the call is answered our queries are not been answered as they ask you that they will transfer the call and the person from other side doesnt take your call . The girl from corporate office says she will call back immediately to serve our queries and doesnt turns back.

Only name is big but service is worst. We visited to buy mixer grinder. Hardly in 10 minutes we have selected & finalized one.But for billing counter we have spent 35 minutes, thats to at afternoon 3-40 pm. Non rush time. Many of the employee were just making timepass in the showroom. They are least bother about the customer.Take care before entering into the shop.

Avoid buying washing machine from here. When we went to buy, they werr selli discontinued product which they were claiming latest product. When we showed them online price of product is very less then they were ready to give product on online price. Hence, we decided to buy washing machine there. But while checking machine, we noticed dent in backside of machine. They were going delivere displayed product which were tocuhed by thousands of people. We were paying for new product then why should we take display product. They should deliver peti pack machine. We cancelled our order finally.

Very expensive options. Try online. The model i looked for is 58000 on Amazon, with exchange 48k. Vijay sales sells it for 68k. Also very less and expensive options for noise cancellation headphones

After service is an issue, they dont pickup your phone and you have to run after them for warranty and other products, would suggest everyone to take the extended warranty by onsite go give at vijay sales, they have a seperate call centre and resolution is good

They are fooling people on offers . There was a bajaj fin serve offer with a INR 2000 voucher with big bazaar last year . I added to my budget and bought the product . I have not got the voucher till today . Almost 11 months now .I keep on reminding them .They just give excuses.
