I booked one Bosch machine, person took the order when it was not in stock with him and then he said it would be delivered in 5 days, then 7 days, then again 2 to 3 days then he is saying, take something else, that also when we asked him is he sure about 2 to 3 days. We booked full display machine and at end we were forced to settle on semi display, I am really, dis satisfied and hope they improve.

Got Atta maker of Natraj from this shop. There was manufacturing defect with inbuilt vacuum cleaner, after multiple attempts and complains finally service guy from manufacturer turned up after 2 months, informing vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced. And even after a month there is no revert from manufacturer or the dealer. When called back to check on status with Jain Trader, again need to go through all hassle of providing details just to book a follow up call. Real inconvenience.

Pathetic we bought panasonic refrigerator there was a difference of RS 4500 between croma price and jain traders price which we realised next day will not buy anything from jain trades henceforth.

Low on commitment. Specially if you want delivery out of Thane. Our second bad experience with this shop where they committed one day and did not deliver. We had to do lot of follow up for getting our items on time. They don’t adjust to customer timing, customers have to adjust according to their timing of delivery is what we experienced.

Jain Traders Thane have the most horrible service I have ever encountered. They say only name is enough but it is just a hog wash. The boys at the counter have no knowledge and are arrogant and ill mannered. I had brought a phone from them which was faulty. just a week after purchase they started arguing with me that they cannot do anything about it and I have to go service centre for anything and everything. they just sell mobiles. service centre clearly told me that Jain traders have to replace the mobile to me immediately without question...I would advise each and every Thaneite to avoid going there. Better go to brands like Vijay Sales for better service and peace of mind
