Digi 1 one of the good electronic shop in Mira-Bhayander Road , electronic store whr you all get electronic products and appliances, accessories many things, easy to find digi1 located on mira Bhayander also near to Western Express highway

No proper guidance.Bought laptop day before yesterday and still waiting for invoice.1.They said product is readily available later on said SORRY they have to order it from warehouse2.Called me and said yes price will be 40K and when i reached showroom they said SORRY we forget to add gst.3.They said well get cashback of 2500 via HDFC and while buying said SORRY cashback scheme had ended yesterday.4.They said this is laptop bag which they will give.After buying laptop said SORRY they just showed how bag looks like and handed me another bag.5.Lastly they saying from last 40hrs SORRY wait for a while will send you invoice via mail.Not a single thing had happened in right way since i stepped into store all i heard is sorry.If you want to buy something go on your own risk.

Worst customer service and they rob their customers taking advantage of the covid situation and lockdown they keep on increasing prices as they operate in spite of being lockdown delivering goods. I would have rated in minus only if I could

Just a shop with some limited appliances and electronic good for sale, the product are sold high margin than that of its actual value.

Sales people are good they sale well but they dont service at all. I called for my complaint 5 times but all time they say they dont have any complaint registered in their database.

Very bad post sales service no support for even after a week of complain for extended warranty. Request all not take extended warranty from these people

I bought 3 Dai kin a.c. 1 52 inch TV and 1 washing machin. Was promised that it will be free installation but not done till date (more than 2 months). TV and washing machin was not properly packed, it seems display units are sent.BEWARE BEFORE BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM DIGI1
