Bad product and worst installation process . I have purchased split AC and within a one day it stopped working. Even the customer care services was worst.

Good & helpful staff, The owner is a gentleman, and very polite, & custom get the product on right price.

Worst electronic stores, we took a electronic equipment a refrigerator and washing machine both get defected within 5 years took the review from the salesman was the worst thing ever. And they dont take any complaint on time and take 300-400 every visit and never repair successfully. Dont buy from here!

I was visited 1year ago for refrigerator 1 staff was suggested LG refrigerator he said many features in itWhen i was buy the refrigerator on the time of delivery I was get damage they replaced the new and 2 time they done same and said we cant do any think so they given as it is. I was facing issue last 1year .Its my suggestion never go kohinoor electronicJust waste of time and money

I took a samsung refrigerator from mira road branch and I was happily amazed by the service provided by Mr liyakat -Branch manager of that branch . During lockdown he served me so well and helped me to choose the quality of fridge which I needed exactly at affordable price.Without me travelling as we are stuck in this situation ,he guided and helped alot .kudos.

Best electronic accessories shop in mumbra

Prices are too high compared to other showroom, I purchased VU 55 premium Android, it was not available in Kohinoor Mumbra. Sales persons are good but till f their are no plenty brands available as per customers choice then for a sales person it is useless to do job in such an organization

I have purchased television and air conditioner from this electronic shop. Staff is friendly. Timely delivery and installation also.

Bought Samsung LED TV from Kohinoor Thane. They (Sales person Wazahat) made all false commitments for delivery and dont receive calls (landline either gets no replied or responded by someone who is not responsible for customer care). I strongly recommend not to buy from Kohinoor Thane. One of the worst ever experience that I am undergoing now. I wont buy from them now on for sure.

Worst ever electronic shop in terms of their brand. They just want our money, once you place order then you are treated like beggars. they dont answers call, and ignore you if you are in store and have some query.I bought an AC. and for installation i am contacting them from 5-6 days. and still i am lost and helpless.If you buy product from kohinoor store just for sake of good customer support then you are in wrong thought.

Worst ever service i have seen in Kohinoor store Mumbra.So much costly, only they are taking our money only. I have ordered HITACHI Inverter AC 1.5 Ton. Next day when i searched it was Non Inverter and asked to salesmen Anand he demands me 2000 additional. That is 38k. and the Salesmen Anand asked me for Instllation charge 1500/- but HITACHI provides 1st Installation Free of Cost for all Airconditionrs. When i realize and feel this is the worst store in Mumbra. All are information kept hidden and toled after book the order. and comapred to other stores Installation free, Price is 35.5k only and then i asked cancel my order they totaly refuse me.- Bajak finance also taken 2k for processing fee but In Vijay sales onlu 200 RS for processing fees.- I also wanted to buy Washing machine on same day buy i realize something is wrong and i did not booked Washing machine.- The same washing machine i got in Vijay sales there is 1700 RS diff- Please dont refer this store.The total price diff 5500 within 4 KM.

A well maintained shop, lots of electronics are available, especially TVs, fridge, washing machine are choice able.staffs are nice.
