I DROPPED THE IDEA OF GETTING TREATED AT THIS CLINIC altogether, the moment I walked into it.The whole staff wears footwear(chappals) parades in & out of washroom wearing footwear but asks the patients to take their footwear off.When I asked the doctor the reason, the doctor said thats what we have been practising since years. We wear slippers of this clinic. Hygiene standards, bacteria and viruses bla bla bla...But you people, your staff, watchman etc. everyone strut in & out of WASHROOM with your DIRTY SLIPPERS.You people make your patients walk in dirt & expose them to all possible viruses & risks, which you want to shield yourself from.Horrible experience. Pathetic. Wanted to complain.

My rating is based on my personal experience and its honest.I had gone through keliods treatment under guidance of senior dermatologist. Disappointed with procedures done at Disha clinic. Many junior Doctors, every time some new doctor assigned to inject and laser was disappointing. Month on month I see slow recovery but my last procedure was done so bad, my keloid scare is aggravated now. It ruined past 9 months of regular treatment now suffering with pain.My suggestion to management is please commit what you can handle. Patience trust few experience doctors but delegating such work to junior staffs is disappointing. Patience come for treatment not for experiments.

Great experience as a first timer with Disha Laser clinic. Dr. Vrushali Survade was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I especially loved how Dr. Vrushali really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options.The fees are reasonable and service overall is great. I had a follow up scheduled for March 2021. However due to high number of Covid 19 cases, as a precaution I preferred to stay home and postpone the follow-up. Today I went for the follow up and was charged a staggering Rs.800/- as follow up fee . When I questioned why was it so, they said that since I came after 6 months I have to pay such high charges!Reluctantly I paid, however I strongly feel this is really not done.

Dr Goplani is the best! Very polite and tells you everything up front, very reassuring. What more can a patient ask for 😊Only thing is I had a 2hr wait which was tedious

From doctors consultation to hospitality everything is apt. Sharing my personal experience where I was too messed up with all the marriage preparations and I consulted Dr. Vishalakshi for my acne and facial hair, she is was so considerate and sweet. I was then called for laser where Dr Shweta guided me with the procedure and gave me confidence that no mishap would happen. The staff also were very jovial and sweet. Overall experience was great!!

I had very bad experience with this clinic and staff. Staff is very arrogant. When I called and asked for the appointment 24/11/2020.of Vijayluxmi madam for my wife one lady at reception received call and said appointment is full we cant manage single appointment. I told them that we had infection with skin treatment she said you can consult with other doctor or clinic we cant do anything now. They are not co-operate in emergency.I will not visit again to this clinic. I think they are doing this type of activities because they know that people dont have option.I am not giving single star to this clinic.

Not at all happy with the very first session. Protocols were not followed. Treatment was improper. Not worth the money and efforts. especially since it was for my 3 year old kid.

Great Staff and Doctors knowledge is precise and on point. It is pretty economical comparing when comparing with other brands. Friendly staff and value for money. Writing this review after almost completing my sittings and the results are 90% close to what was promised, 10% depends on personal care and body response! Over all it’s value for money and expert guidance at economical cost with best result. Go for it!

Pathetic service, very inexperienced doctors, unprofessional they will insist you take an appointment and then make you wait for hours. Good Dr will only speak and suggest treatment however treatment is done by very junior unexperienced staff sometimes even by maids.

Disha is one of the best places in Mumbai to go for all kinds of skin issues. The Doctors here are very experienced and provide the best treatment approaches. Doctor vishalakshi is the expert in her field. The Place is very organised and well-managed, thanks to the supportive staff especially Mrs. Manisha who ensures that the patients are not made to wait too long and their overall experience is hassle free.

Doctor is very experienced and addressed the problem. But management is disgusting and awful. They gave me the appointment at 11am and doctor visited me at 1.30pm. The receptionist is very rude and denied to give doctors stamp with Reg No. on the prescription and receipt. Later the doctor had written the Reg No. in the prescription.

Clinic is spacious, clean and well equipped. Dr Vishalakshi is an excellent Dr., passionate for profession and has a well trained staff. Supporting staff is polite and sincere.Adequate spacing out of oppoinments on specific busy days would be further helpful in sustaining this good impression.

I have taken appointments for 6:30pm on 15dec 2020 as per availability of appointment given by staff & Doctors.But I have to wait for 1hr then 2 hr then 3 hr 🙄Finally by 10pm doctor met.I dont know why staff & Doctors have make hype of waiting to met Doctors may be to make false publicity amongst patients.We pay to private clinics a high amount fee of 1000 to 500 per visit so that our time is not wasted.They behave like government hospitals sir time lagaga doctor late ha, patient history me time Lagtaha.They can inform patient about time slot or availability by doing a call but no one is bothered 😕.

Doctors are vry good. But vry bad non cooperative staff . Specially receptionist and coordinator. They should help patient. The way of taking appointment and receptionist speech is vry bad. and not even bother to listen what patient wants to talk .

My name is Nidhi. Recently I had suffered severe & rare pustular psoriasis. I stay in Kalyan and I had went to many well known dermatologist doctors across Kalyan, Ulhasnagar but I couldnt get relief in 2-3 months span of time. My body was covered 90% into psoriasis. None of the well known doctors even detect what I was going through neither they educated me what will be the consequences.Then, one of the doctor in Kalyan suggested me the path to consult Disha Skin clinic.Post reaching Disha skin I had consulted Dr. Shweta & she had referred me to her senior Dr. Vishalakshi Viswanath in follow-up visit. Within 1 week they both had controlled my severe & rare case of pustular psoriasis. Now I am continuing their consultation more than 2 months & psoriasis has decreased to just 5%. Dr. Vishalakshi Viswanath has educated me what I am going through & how much time she will take to cure it completely and how I will be under maintenance for a certain period of time. She is a good listener and I must say a good psychiatrist too where she educate you & keeps things transparent about your skin severities. The staff at front desk of Disha skin specially Manisha, Shitija & all of their colleagues are very courteous and take utmost care during covid period by maintaining social distance, sanitizing the chairs at clinic post each patient. Staff is not co-operative , they dont even dont know the meaning of appointment. If your appointment is scheduled at 11:00 am , they will keep you wait it till long time. And the patient who visits for first time is serviced first then the rest of patients are serviced.

I was referred here by my family doctor for vitiligo therapy and i did laser hair removal also. Good location and easy to reach clinic. Seating is spacious, posh atmosphere with lots of rooms for procedures.....Special thanks to dr vrushli for explaining my problem and treatment process for CO2 laser and dr kaberi for her expertise during consultation...I had a lot of acne problem which got solved with herThe procedure was clear and waiting time was only 10 minutes after arrival. Same time like me they booked the appointment for four people and I have been waited for 3 hours for my turn by telling me after 2 patients there will be my number only.After walking in the doctors cabin i got shocked after seen the patients list (patients list was open on Docs computer) . They called me in after meeting/checking/treating 19 people/patients whose appointment was after me.It was so reduculious

They are selling packages for treating illnesses now. I was shocked when the doctor was more concerned about the 10% discount she would give me if I paid at once (Rs. 17k) for the whole treatment rather than treating it genuinely.They have made business out of their patients misery also. Pathetic !

There are a lot of improvements in the clinic specially in the staff now. The lady who was rude to me earlier has been fired and Manisha a staff member is very cooperative to me.
