Absolutely WORST service. The shipment was delayed and the contents of my box (food) were damaged as a result. The courier did not send me any updates and the box was lying around my apartment- nobody knocked or requested a signature when they delivered it. I do not know where you store the package but if we pay you a huge amount of money to deliver something, it means we expect and trust you to get it to us responsibily. Hopefully we wont be subjected to such distress in the future

Too costly.I have sent one page ( invoice) on Normal charges in Telangana they have charged 300 rs. And it will also take 7 days to reached on destination.I Will recommend DTDC.....
