They dont actually attempt delivery or pickup at all and you just get a text saying the attempt has failed. For something simple, they take 3-4 apparent attempts and days to fulfill. Very weird logistics partner and Im surprised e-com giants like Amazon use them regularly.

I received my package from Reliance Digital through Ecom Express within 3 days since the the order was placed. Pleased with Ecom Express tracking service, prompt and on time delivery and the delivery personnel. Having had a terrible experience with Delhivery quite recently where I had to send back the ordered item for they delayed it beyond my expectations, Ecom Express has come in as a promising courier services please keep up the good work.Cheers.

One of worst service, even after verifying address on phone the parcel is not delivered saying location untraceable where as ecom delivery executive daily visits the same address.

Shop is not available at given location and service of ecom is worst.. Never try it

The Guy showed Mr app of Ecom and has picked up the apparel about 5 days before,which were supposed to return. I asked for receipt he denied.. so I clicked these pics.. till date apparels have not reached to destination and even status is not updated on app... Pathetic service from ECOM...

One of very poor & unprofessional delivery service,my order was showing schedule delivery on 11th September 9pm,we were following up with delivery update but later without any call Status was updated as delivery attempted. YESTERDAY status showing Postal Code needs update & now status showing wrong address.Delivery person making wrong status update everytime with excuses phone not getting connected Postal code wrong & now address itself wrong.We have received earlier many times delivery with FLIPKART ,AMAZON & other sellers.

One of the worst delivery service, I dont know why do brands like Reliance Digital has partnered with them for delivery. My order from Reliance Digital was to arrive on 19th Oct, Monday and still its in Bhiwandi hub since Saturday night no effort from their side to deliver it in time. I called their call center twice, everytime I called them I was asked to wait for 24-48 hrs. Reliance Digital is just spoiling their brand name by partnering with such lazy and careless delivery services. It is -5 star for their service, never chose this service.
