Its an upmarket society in average vicinityIt has 28 floors in wing 1 and 2, Unique feature is indoor swimming pool as well as flats are small but good quality.

Just near to waghbil flyover.. overall outside look is great but flats inside are little bit less in size.

The location of the project is very strategically placed on the road. You will get everything near by. The flats sizes are too small as per me..

Havent been inside this building but does look good from the outside the surrounding area around this building is not so pleasant also if you are staying on one of the lower floors get ready to be disturbed by honking 24/7 as it just by the highway

Local builder, achievement is Vijay nagari project.Now builder office staff behave like they are biggest developer of MUmbai.Suggestion for builder ask your office staff to be polite and well behaved.Otherwise I doubt you will able to count your self in Indias top reputed builder.The most important thing for any builder is genuinety.

Above comment I had posted for Vijay stores which is near to galaxy tower.next to Shantanu restaurant.. Google map.. merged both and made a mess...

My experience with Vijay group has been very bad. Their sales people promise to everybody that they return complete booking amount in case of cancellation within 30 odd days. I cancelled my flat in Dec15 and initially they said refund will happen in 3-4 months. Then they gave in writing that it will be done in Sept16, then in Oct, then before Diwali, now they dont want to give any commitment.Once you make the payment and if there is some issue, their CRM guys will stop picking your phone. Located 5 mins from waghbill junction, A Platinum certified green building in Thane. Good construction which is hallmark of Vijay group, category A builder in Thane. 2 levels of parking and third floor (podium) houses garden, children play area, Gym, game room. It has one covered swimming pool and decent place for parties and small functions, Can accommodate about 50 ppl. Handed over some 12-15 months back hence Expensive as of now.

Very harasaing security arrangement,athithi devo bhava is here athithi choro bhava,taking foto,and a lot of nonsense,fed up of the arrangements.
