The Acme ozone Project is a Big Scam. Kindly read the article Published in Mukhyamantri News paper. This scam would effect the residents as well as the investor. It has an on going case in court as well. TMC has put an Legal Stay (STOP WORK NOTICE) on the project yet the project is ongoing.

I visited Acme Ozone sales office at Khewra Circle, Thane, their team is very supportive. The sales guy shared all the project details and resolved the queries I had related to project. I saw many labours working on the project, I guess they will complete the project very soon. Me and my family overall had a good experience. Shall consider the property.

Good structure and environment, wind and temperature.But social life is bit static due to less facilities and space available.The management seems to be bit irresponsible in construction and well being of the community, might get better with time.Just Ok, I would say there can be more better option out there around, but in case you have your work and friends around the manpada area you can choose this

Just thought that I should let everyone know what a great experience I had with the Acme Ozone. The team is enthusiastic and polite, it was a pleasure to work with them to get our flat in Thane. Thank you for all the coordination, we love our new apartment.

Good place to live with best view in thane imo and you will find atleast 2⁰c lower temperature in this area than other parts of thane there is only 1 area where phase 1 is lacking is no playing area for children.

One of the worst societies as living people are also worst. There is no humanity left. Owners dont return money to tenants. Not trust worthy society. Do not rent a flat over here.

Delayed possession by almost 3 years. Post possesion in October 2020. Still no electricity meters installer. No backup for lifts. Irresponsible behaviour of builders. Amenities promised r not given properly. Electricity meters are still not installed.

Highly recommended property in this area. I was very confused when I first though of investing in GB road, because its full of builder. From local to big brands you will find everyone here with different prices. So my first preference in GB road were properties in Pokhran since its a posh area compared to other areas in GB road. I was confused between 2-3 properties out of which Acme Ozone was the best. Construction is very good, Nice plan and recommendable project in Thane Location. Price is also good with all ready amenities. Also, the show flat was so marvelous I asked them to design same show flat for my flat too.

The building is under construction, but some flats are ready. Excellent rooms and parking area. But Mobile networks is almost nill.

Proximity for reaching here is very good. Meadows is at door steps. As well as it has a beautiful view of yeoor hills and even tikujini wadi is also their for outing

6 months of Possession but *No PermanentElectricity*.Electricity keeps going regularly. Sleepless Nights due to no Power.No power backup for lift, so if you are at the 25th floor, just imagine the pain.Out of 4 lifts, 1 is still not available. Residents often get stuck in lift for 45 mins.Ducts are kept open in the lobby, extremely dangerous for kids. Multiple times complaint raised but no action in 6 months.Builder Management Staff is not Professional. For missing lift call button, they give reasons like China is shut. It is a joke talking to them.

A scenic location in the middle of city.

Location of Acme Ozone is good. The complex looks well maintained. The towers in the complex are located quite close to each other and space between them is quite less. No dry area provided in flat. Size of rooms are decent, quality of construction is good.

Great project of 2 and 3 BHK residential flats off Ghodbunder road, strategically located with all facilities within a kilometre radius.

Booked flat in Alpinia Building of ACME OZONE Thane in March 2018 with committed date of possession in agreement as Dec 2018 worst case with 6 months of grace period Jun2019. They applied for OC only in Nov 19 and got OC on 3rd March 20.During booking they committed giving 10 gms of 24 carte Gold coin on booking painfully sharing today (5th March 2021) after 3 years and multiple follow up I am yet to get the same!!!We were allowed to stay from June 20 end with commitment of giving all the need facilities in few weeks, as of today we do not have electric meter installed and no firm date is being confirmed due to this you can sue AC, Geyser and oven, electricity trip almost every day.In 3 of out 4 lift, fan is not working and original lighting is also not functional, call button for one of the lift is yet to be installed!!Temp Parking is provided not sure when are we going to get final allotment.While location is good, to me it looks ownership at head office level is completely missing and they want to complete project only to their way and time.

Builder who does not bother service after sales, no value for commitment. Managed to get OC without proper electricity supply.Made the joke of OC itself. Concern representatives of builder keeps on promising electric meter with proper flat wise connection will be done in 15 days this promises are on for last 6 months. No electricity back up for the lifts. Frequent power supply interpretations.

If you looking for ready to move in flat. Do not consider this project. They are not interested at all to show you sample flats. They give you many reason for do not buy ready to move property. They force you to book flats in there under construction site.

Pleasant living in high rise apartments. Large parking facility. Scope of improvement for guest parking.

Closes too early...Good compund for playing cricket with 9-10 yrs boys. The walls are hollow from inside feels like will disrupt when earthquake strikes

Water issues, lot of mosquitoes issue....house made with cheap quality products..... have to spend a lot just on maintenance of the house....not at all worth taking on rent.....

It is a one of the good residential society in Manpada near Kevra circle. Dmart is at opposite side. Nice building. Nice construction.

Acme Ozone ph-2 is nice society placed near Kheera circle. The amenities are yet to be functional. The construction and ambience is very nice. The best part is the location, all necessary things are nearby.

The grandeur entrance adds to the luxury of the project.

Got possession by 3 years late without electricity metermeters are on the way from last 6 monthsthis is what we are getting from Acme officials.So,without meters situation is like cant use air-conditioning,water heater.because occupancy is 50% so main electricity meter trip & no lift backup...we ultimately has to stay without electricity ....its horrible to say many times people struck in lifts......shame on you acme.

Nice place to live domestic zone

Pros:Nice project. Airy and spacious (comparatively) flats. Nice amenities but yet being built. Security is the best. They have a systematic approach to attend all the issues.Cons:Parking issues are as usual. Builder commits stilt and provides puzzle stack.

Budget friendly project. Really happy that we booked our home at Acme. No hassles. No Worries. Everything went as planned. We love our new home at Acme Ozone.

Visited the site previous month, met one of the catholic guy. Humble & proactive in providing all the details. Seems perfect project with good location & amenities. Advisable to buy it.This is my personal opinion after thorough study and visiting multiple sites. Take your own call.

Water gets end in every other day.. in the entire tower. In 10 days 2 days you will find no water coming in the entire tower..

Booked flat at Acme Ozone two years ago and looking at our choice, two friends of mine also booked it last year. Away from the hustle and pollution, set in best location of Thane with everything closeby. Really happy that we made this decision with all the help and support by Acme.

Acme Ozone has the best homes in the Thane region. Peaceful Environment, Good Connectivity for my work, school for my children and market for my wife. Everything is at a touching distance. Happy that I chose Acme.

Pros:-Nice view from some of the rooms-Good Location close by to R mall, D mart and other eateries around.-Gated CommunityCons:-No water it goes anytime of the day and no one is sure when will it come-No electricity, it goes anytime of the day too be at at 12 midnight, obviously not safe to open windows at dark, unless have put up net & kids suffer then.- Very congested and suffocating as the corridors have no ventilation when waiting for elevators and no range at all.-Still Phase 2 under construction so no entrance is ready yet and no play area for kids or pool to enjoy.I guess Cons are more so beware what the salesman offers you, when they cant provide basic amenities of 24/7 electricity and water then big house is a waste.Look out for some other project around I am sure there could be better things around.

Located in Manpada, Thane West, one should know it is far from the station and the highway too. The overall complex is still under construction.Elevators are working well. Security bus available all the time. Ample parking space. Swimming pool and club house inside the complex.Grocery stores, utility and medical stores are located near by. No nearby auto/taxi/or bus stand. One has to walk fee meters for it.

Builder is not good. He is good till you book home. After that he just do not care about you. Construction delayed for many years. Do not buy home here. Lots of water problems & very very high maintenance

Beyond imagination

This project by Came group,who is one of the reputed builders of Mumbai.This is only project in Thane.Originally started in 2008 but got delayed for various reasons.As of now they have picked up the speed.Out of 8 buildings 4 are handed over.2 will be handed over in two months and balance by next 6 months.Layout is good carpet area for 2bhk is 687 sqft.also on offer is 3bhk flats They have 26 floors.2 basement and 3 podium floors.

Location is good to commute but society has bad water problem. The given time is 3-6 pm and after 11 pm but the water problem starts very randomly. Sometime there is no water supply 11 pm onwards till evening time.

Very Very true experience with ACME OZONE Thane project has been very very bad. The Management once they received payment, stop caring for client and ignoring all our queries and not replying to our mails. Whenever they want disbursement of funds they will call 10 time but never bother to meet the clients nor update the progress. I made booking in 2009 and it was on hold for 2 years and then project started moving at snails pace and going on for more than 6 years. In fact 96 % payment was made over 18 months back but there is no light visible at the end of the Tunnel.

Hitech infrastructure with decent ambience.

I am staying here, it is a nice society. Every flat has their own parking space, amneties like gym, swimming pool, club house is available. Only con is no greenery inside the society, otherwise cleanliness and maintenance is really good.

ACME builders are strategically located in Thane, near to all upcoming and developed infrastructure and zones. Booked a 2 BHK in ACME Ozone. They have large plans of creating a lot of children playing area modern amenities and facilities to be close to nature yet part of the business district. The pricing is also affordable.

A really great structure from outside and inside as well. View from flat which higher up is very nice, morning sunrise will definitely be a great thing when you see it.
