All the staff is well mannered and cooperative. Risland The Icon is one of the best projects in Thane area. Its located in Dhokali, Highland Garden Road, Thane, which is a very sophisticated residential neighbourhood. The project seems to be very plush and branded as it appears. It is constructed and developed by Risland, which an international organization who are into real estate business with foot prints in a few countries like America, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand, etc. The sales staff is very helpful and friendly. They explained in detail about the project like amenities, the material and the equipments provided in the flat, etc. The construction technology and quality is beyond par and less time consuming, because of which the completion is possible even before the rera deadline. The connectivity from this locality is all very good. All basic amenities like schools, hospitals or super markets are in the close by vicinity. I would surely recommend for the people who are currently looking for under-construction properties as this can be a very fruitful investment.

It is under construction but if they deliver what they promise than this one is one of the best projects I have seen in terms of quality. Smaller bedrooms but a huge living room makes up for them. The highlights are the standing balconies in each room.

No one really bothered to come and even ask for refreshments nor was anyone interested in attending or taking thru the project details .. the sales team is pathetic and is not at all interested in sales I beleive ... Waited for a long time but the sales people didnt turn up to me ...

Very unprofessional experience faced from the management team.Till yesterday we were having very good experience. We do not have any issue with Sales team and person.Sales person commiting something on price , we do not have any negotiation we agreed on same price but now management is not supporting their own sales person and our upgrade request.First time We are facing such type of bad experience.

Hi All,Poor and Pathetic experience with sales team and channel partner MysticPoor commitment of prices and promises even after continuous followup, I can see many people have faced it in the google reviews.Such an unprofessional behavior. They portray the sense of urge. Of course this is done by every developer but not everyone changes the price within a day sends back that too for the price given a week ago.

We booked a home here and I must say its totally value for money and the staff is very cooperative especially Mr. Karan Pandey. He is really very helpful and he was with us from start to end.

Project looks good. Sales manager was very busy did not find time to attend. Sunday not a good time to visit.

Hi All,Here is a genuine and frank review about the project.The good things about the project is that is constructed very well. Planning and construction quality, internal/external amenities, large apartments everything is good. And there are no issues with the project Or the property or the developer..But the biggest drawback and concern bcz of which I am almost into a depressed state is their commitment fluctuations..1) sunday 1st visit gave me X price for X floor2) tuesday said the price has increased to Z3) thursday said if you can pay certain amount upfront thn we can again make it to X4) sunday i went for final booking with all my family member and with cheque there I was told price has increased to Y and even your X inventory is sold now we have lower inventory. They said we are sorry we cannot help you and sorry for the commitments..This was the whole unprofessional scenerio.. Where one day they force you to make small amount transaction for booking the inventory.. They portray the sense of urge. Of course this is done by every developer but not everyone changes the price and sends to back that too for the price given a week ago..And one more thing to mention is they say prices are decided from HONG KONG. So they cant help.Note:- Its a Chinese company. I am not against Chinese but I am against the change of commitments.And I am sure many other ppl must have faced this.- A frustrated Buyer

We have paid 50% in this project...it seems we have done a big mistake. The sales staff claims to be very professional company....God knows how their HR team has hired Mr. Karan Pandey. He is only interested in money to come in from customers.... These people dont answers the phone calls. Nor reverts on email. I have paid the SDR amount and its been more than 10 days.... these professionals so claimed employee of Risland who claims they are are still not able to track my SDR challan. Karan we have given enough amount of time for you people to take corrective......its high time that your company needs to know a pain of a customer who has paid 50% on your project and taken flat as per your offer. I believe with this post you and your company will come into action and reward my patience.

2 bhk flats are small in size. But the construction technique is good.

Rude Sales team. If you take time for decision and dont go to their site as per their asked time, they will call you non-genuine buyer. They think spending crores is like buying peanuts.If their attitude is right then you may end up buying apartment there (unless you find any other problem like small rooms).
