The size of the rooms and kitchen are too small, infact smaller than the standard size.

These people are not professional they have there different lobies of internal sales person and agents.. they are not concern for sale of flat.. internal politics matters to them more .. I am sorry to say but because of it they are loosing good customers.

Good property. Fantastic location. Only problem is that the area of the houses is very small. These are typical compact houses of Mumbai Suburban.

Actually I have gone for Seth Avlon near by as their office is in Seth Zuri.

Sheth zuri construction is going at prime location of Thane next to utsav hotel viviana mall Cadbury junction.Metro station in front of highway.Construction of wing E,F,A,B,C,D is going on full swing..Podium parking construction completed living ten floor completed

I dont even want to give 1 star.. they deserve to get 0 star.. Very unprofessional behaviour of the entire team... And heartless.. lutofying ppl with falsy commitment.. they will keep changing their possession dates on authentic sites as well...

This property is in Thane. I have experience my best in their work. The construction is very nice. They give world class service.

Nice project

Very prestigious project in the Heart of Thane City. It is connected to the Eastern Express Highway, which makes it more accessible. It is also located near Viviana Mall, Jupiter Hospital and Hiranandani Foundation School.

Location is very good. Near mall and hospital. The Site is RERA registered. They are building 3towers of about 25 stories each. However the Project has long gestation period of 5years,which is a dampener. Since there are many ready to occupy flats available now. Also, Who knows, in 5years time, the mall culture will disappear and the builder will sell the mall to Amazon as a warehouse.

Sheth Zuri is the best luxury apartment made by Ashwin Sheth in thane and staffs were so supportive. they helped me alot to book a apartment here.
