Overpriced and pathetically small room/carpet .. they will show some price online and actually once you visit asking pricing is far more. They only harp in location part but that dosent justify high price they are asking for a underconstruction propert whose execavation only started.

Project is on hold since last seven years. Few months back Site office is opened in a Container. If construction starts in full face from April 2021 ..still it will take another 4-4.5yrs to complete.
