Would have been great project but failed to comply delivery on time. No major progress from past two years. No communication for delays or revised planning/schedule. No clarity on pending 20% work. Many of us bought & stucked.

Project is good... View is good... Challenge I see is they have kept price very high, in the rate they are offering many better projects are available and at better location... Below images are from 18th floor... Had the price been around 1.6 crs for 3BHK I think it would be ideal price
