The experience was really good. The staff is very humble and accomodative. The companys name is quite known in the market. Even competitors compliment Marathons construction and services. The sales guy Mr. Pandey was a genuine person with no nonsense behavior. He was on point on the property buying decision with accurate details.Nexworld is a great property to invest in. The design concept is just wow with big carpet area in flats. One should definitely look to buy it. Totally recommended.

Looks good the design concept everything is good but safety remains concern.Travelling and public transport remains a question.Projects and road are proposed i hope the government what promised should deliver.This area is not at all safe at night i don’t know how after possession things will be.I don’t think people can travel at night it will be risky.Fully village type area

Amazing designs and layout very innovative futuristic studio apartments. Must appreciate the graphics and layouts. The sales office too is innovative. People at sales office are very well trained on service. I would wait for the phase with river views to book. very tempting project.

Nice project with good design. Sales staff very polite and co-operative. Video presentation with useful information by directors of Marathon group was excellent. Lot of future developments planned in the region by various government authorities. Price is little high in comparison to other developers of the area but affordable.

The site is really good and looks like a unique property. I would strongly recommend if you are looking out for a property, you should definitely visit this place once and compare it with your other inventories.From view perspective this is a bang on property as most of the property in Mumbai, we have other buildings with a close proximity which obstructs the view, however, Marathon claims there will be no buildings or any obstacles which would block your view.It will be a Best fit for nature lovers, who gives significant importance to view. Also, I believe from investment perspective, this will be an ideal property as the interior and exterior design is unique unlike near by other big properties like Palava & Runwal. I am yet to discover more!Roshni is the representative who walked us through the property and she was professional and kind enough to address all our concerns/queries.

The design is very good from inside as well outside. Very interesting and unique façade design. All the rooms have big windows and lots of natural light. Rooms are good sized and the interior layouts are very well thought of unlike the other nearby projects. The staff is very warm and welcoming.

Hi Team Marathon,I visited your project last week and i just loved it. My family too ready for this new home but still I am confused weather should i go for it or not.1) Price seems to be a bit high compared to adjecent projects but ok to take a bid subject to your project will finish on time and there will be smooth handover.2) Design is excellent but it should be actual replicate in the product. ( As in your AV disclaimer- design subject to change feels scary)3) Connectivity to kopar is most important or should provide shuttle service from diva station !! Highly recommend.4) Worst thing about project only 198 covered parking where Aura has 432 Flats. Which is insufficient and it will create parking issue in future should solve this with proper solution5) Looking after past barvi dam incident i am worried how project will stand still in such conditions; will be there any water logging?Again underground parking in such situation is trouble for customers assets.6) Only this project is charging extra amount for parking which should eliminate.7) One more thing in comparison with Competition- Runwal started in 2015 and already completed 2 phases but here Aura itself is taking 4-5 years and still incomplete.

The project is beautiful. The question of safety arises in my mind when i see such huge beautiful windows without the permission to put a grill. Grills are essential and provides a strong safety, especially when kids are in the house. Marathon must revise their design and include at least a common grill for all the windows. Beauty is good but not at the cost of safety. Anything can be expected while living in such high rise buildings. For. Eg. A kid flungs anything in the air and it might simply fall off and cause injury to someone or any object. It would be dangerous to keep any furniture or objects near the window. Marathon says use mosquitoe nets, but how strong are they. There have already been mishaps of people and babies falling off the windows. Windows without grills is a nightmare in such buildings.

Really liked their concept of homes. I would say it is futuristic.Swapnil from Sales Team was very much cooperative during our visit. I almost decided to book it but the only reason I didnt because the price was bit on a higher side as compared to other projects in the nearby vicinity (Runwal Garden City). Otherwise the idea behind the project is really commendable.

Marathon NexzoneManagement OfficeWe would like to take possession of our flat ALTIS 1202. This letter is to state that we are excited about moving into new home. However, we are little concerned about Car Parking.As you know, we booked the flat on 06/09/2011 at the price of Rs48,91,200/- with one car parking, plus stamp duty, service tax extra. To be handed over in 2014.Fact is we have paid Rs 55,43,909/- plus stamp duty, registration etc. and year 2019 is almost over. This delay is painful at personal level (causing financial stress of running alternate home for many years).Recently we were called for possession and were told that the car parking will be mixed use and not stilt parking as promised. We believe this is a major breach of contract.Therefore, three grievances are (1) Approximately 6 lakh additional charges, (2) Five year delay, and now (3) not delivering personal car parking. We are happy to work with Marathon and ignore hardships and continue to be your well wishers, but we do expect proper car parking. Not getting proper car park is an unacceptable issue that will destroy our trust in Marathon.Please help us with a personal car parking and peaceful flat possession. The best looking property in the entire area hands downBut Still Cant understand how 3 phases in a single tower will work.Phase 1 - till 25 FloorsPhase 2 - Another 4-5 FloorsPhase 3 - Another 4-5 Floors expected by 2023How are people who will get possession in Phase 1 going to stay peacefully when the floors on top still needs to be constructedOnly 21 Floors of the building is made and the Possession of Phase 1 is to start from December 2021. Can we realistically stay during this time? What about the lifts? Will they be functional for the entire 36 Floors? Will the area be liveable by 2021? Any chance the Diva Manpada road to be improved or atleast restored how it was 3 Years ago? Any connectivity to Kopar? Will there be any amenities when the possession of Phase 1will be rolled out. Poor service by team Nexworld in all departments (From token to SD & Registration amt.) They will be behind u all time but without project CC and other legal documents, i got CC and all annexure post 10 months after paying them my token, SD, Reg. Amt. No cooperation from them (Rajnikaur Shergill, Swapnil Kale and Swapnil Kadam too) someone Pranay Ramaiya called from the team who dont even know how to talk with client and neither he has understanding of current situation nor he can understand the client and forcing me to go ahead with further process or they will cancel my booking, I had shown my patience and waited for thr CC and other legal documents since 10 months but this guys are not worth for patience and all @Maharera to appeal now with highlighting your all mails since day 1 to till date on social media (FB, Instagram, Twitter, etc) via tagging Marathon Nexworld and all you guys who are giving troubles since September 2019.👎😏👎My rating is for team and services not for project. Sales office looks good and they have maintained it very well. Project look is also unique, just waiting to see it should be as it is once launched as per brochure photo 😊 2208

My experience was nice it was visit happened in month of February 2019 , there is few concern which I had felt and still made me rethink as below;1) Connectivity since majority salaried class people commute to Mumbai for work hence it would be cumbersome to travel either from Dombivali ( by road again time taking till project) Or Diva ( since fast trains are stop- frequency will be very less) so how will it be convenient for traveler who commute for work ?2) Water offering TMC or Any other still confuse so need clarity ?3) After recent rain tragedy over news on Barvi dam overflows so my question is this project is really well equipped for handling such natural disaster ?Despite having these few concerns the overall experience with Marathon Nexworld Elara will be good , sales staff was co operative ,was 1 or 2 times chased but that was ok , will surely go for another site visit, barring above concern this project is really value for money and unique in nature by design on which they work in thane district , they missed one star from be because of above mention reason or else it worth for five star!!

Nearest station Diva is 5 km and Dombivali is around 8km from construction site. Road are in very bad condition to reach Diva station or Dombivali station. If you are working in Mumbai very difficult to commute from this place. Nearest station is Kopar but no road connectivity is present to reach this station. From last 2 years sales person are saying road will get constructed for Kopar station but they are yet not started constructing any road.

Sales executives at sales office are really very rude and arrogant, I have booked my flat at Aura 1, construction is going on when i went for site visit they denied me stating site is full of mud around which is not the case actually. I went riding by bike for all 1 hr from Thane to dombivali and they straight way denied site visit.Very disappointing and rude people. Regret.

5 star is for look and feel. Different and Unique concept in Dombivli. Best township near Kopar and Diva. Little costly but Luxury feel with less show shining interior. In one word i.e. CLASSY. Also need progress of roads and development soon. I also checked Runwal and Lodha too. Compare to these 3 options are like different flavour ice cream. Choice is yours. I feel design is the only things that make Marathon unique. As Runwal and Lodha have mostly common designs which you will find with many existing designs in Thane district.
