Location is excellent but project is overcrowded. Connectivity is good but Station is bit far. Expensive from neighbourhood localities but delivers timely. Rooms are too small but ventilation is good. Amenities in abundance but charges too high. Local ambiance is peaceful but lacks conveniences. Brand is reputed but team is sluggish..!!

Booked in May 2016 & possession was due in Apr-21 as per agreement. Now possession date is revised to Dec-23. Unprofessional CRM person. I have paid almost 50% of flat value till date. I have to pay EMI as well as rent due to delay in possession. If my extra cost (rent) not compensated by runwal then i will go to consumer forum. Pls respond.

I have purchased flat here . Flat possession delayed by 2 & 1/2 yrs. COVID used to advantage by builder however NO compensation to any buyer for delay in possession. There are owners with possession date Dec 2018 in agreement - hows COVID to blame ? !Instead additional charges not in agreement like Debris Charges 17000+ ,also 1 month rent to be given to them if you give your flat on rent, temp electricity charges . The CRM team is rather unprofessional & unhelpful . There are other builders in the region who would treat you better.

Possession delayed by more than 2 years, very poor Customer handling, and above all charges, they want Debris charges irrespective of if we are doing any interior or not. And that never included in the contract.Just exploiting the Customers. Please do not buy flat with this builder or else u will be cheated and have to pay more than what agreed.Additionally would also like to mention that possession has been given to me in July but since dispute for debris charges was going on, they took maintenance charges From April. So, 3 and half months maintenance charges has been taken in advance before possession. Another unique experience with the renowned builder.Benefit of COVID has been taken successfully by this renowned builder, COVID is only for builder but not for the customer. Although possession delayed by more than 2 years still instead of compensating customers, they left no stone unturned for the customers exploitation and overcharging.

Flat booked in 2016 ....we were told they will give possession in 2020 for sure ...5 years and still waiting...from other reviews i can see they are also asking customers to pay lot of money as other charges.

Worst customer relationship & facility management, We got possesion of our flat delayed by an year & now got to understand that TMC water supply is not yet provisioned for most of the towers. Its like cheating flat owners & causing mental harrasment

If you are thinking of an investment and rent out flat,pls note that runwal builder demands certain amount as an administrative charge for obtaining NOC,else you cannot rent out flat.For 1 Bhk charges are Rs.25000 or 1 month rent.So you would end up paying 1 month rent to estate broker for getting a tenant and 1 month rent to builder for NOC.

Construction has good strength due to mivan technology used, but internal finishing work is of average quality.

I visited Runwal Eirene sales office at balkum thane, their team is very cordial and supportive. The sales respondent shared all the project details and resolved the queries I had related to project. Me and my family overall had a good experience. Shall consider the property.

Till sales its fyn however after sales ul be treated with extreme rudeness by the staff. Be ready to get humiliated once u buy a flat here. The CRM team is the worst.

Some buildings are still under construction, so the construction noise is very irritating. All the facility staff working are very kind and polite.

Dont book in any of the Project of Runwal the pathetic CRM team and everything is one sided once you paid booking amount then they will come out with all the tactics to cheat you.. then CRM is say we dont know what sales team told you...CRM is just to harrasing and cheating customers and we cant do much once paid booking amount and they take all undue advantages of the same and its the policy of Runwal hence you will not get justice at any level better to be away from Runwal

Good constructions &, peaceful locality

Its a good place. A nit asat from city. The project by Tu wall have good amenities at comparatively high cost. If you are planning to book property here must have your own vehicle. And if booking property here book it with parking place for your vehicle.

Location wise is prime and good location peaceful and calm, but the construction quality is not good, and less balcony space.

Amenities lacking

A project situated in the middle of slums and with almost no modern amenities nearby despite Runwal having large projects in this area for last 7-8 years. Poor connectivity is also another problem.

Since last 3 months committee people from Tower 2 following up with Runwals concerned Team regarding very serious issue, that is : From past few days there is drainage water issue at ground level...No one taken any action to fix it. It should get it done on priority for health and safety of everyone...we are worried that it could have long term effect on the structure of building which is even more serious problem...They dont show even concern for the same....If this type of service builder is providing then i really recommend not to buy flats.... Other than this issue You will find leakages in every single flat in Runwal construction.

Runwal is charging extra intrest on public those are unable to pay their payment due in Corona period. Please suggest what to do.

The Builder cant be trusted, they have diverted water pipes leaving residents with loads of issues. Among all the issues is also a big problem concerning Car Parking. Basic work to be done by the builder is forever stalled or left incomplete. Consider only if your getting a good deal on the price from the builder. Giving 1 star just because its the minimum needed to submit this post...

It a new project by Runwal. Few Towers are under construction and few are completed with partial OC. Location is very good in terms of connectivity.

I have been living newly constructed Eirene tower, at a first water supply is irregular and that too depend on tanker water which is absolutely rubbish.Developer has wested spaces mainly in kitchen for any configuration kitchen is very small without dry area is huge disappointment.Internal fittings are not upto the mark.Solar system is not activated.Projects unique feature of 41 amenities is cruel joke only 1% is completed.So u r paying upfront for that without having it for next 3-4 year.All of 5 towers only upto 29th floor flats are handed over it means still it is under construction above 29th floor.Feels cheated here taking into consideration premium price i had paid.

I request new buyers check before u buy, or go to any other builder but not runwal eirene, I hv bought a flat in hestia , from the time of possession since march 2020 till date 19 july 20 no geasers working, grill not welded, n leakage in the sink, paint not proper, above all no service post sales, quality of material very poor and local, bathroom tiles in different she and broken, flooring tiles broken, from last 3months complaints ar raised they dont have qualified manpower to take care, no response all jokers from the circus r working in runwals team.
