Oldest complex of Thane. Build in 1989.Now the building is old. Parking is inadequate, but the campus area is large.Only problem now is the old structure.If undergoes development, best location considering the connectivity.

Far from the city. Situated across the water pipeline which supports the city for day to day living. Easy to connect Nashik highway from this complex. No restaurants near by. No activity clubs nearby. Even limited source for grocery. Little away from regular life. Infrastructure is also not that great.

One of the best places to stay in Thane. Also one of the oldest complex in Thane. There are multiple Large open grounds, Parking area, Kids park, Badminton courts, flower garden etc... Club house hosts Dance, Karate, and Badminton classes. Walkathon area for morning and evening walk.
