Excellent location & good amenities. Apartment sizes could be more spacious but the society and complex is well managed. Ample parking spaces along with visitors.

If you are thinking of renting an apartment in the building, then please dont. The managing committee is really bad and will try to harass you in every way. Its no more a Cooperative Housing Society but a non cooperative housing society. The society will never address issues even if you raise the same issue multiple times. A tenant raised an issue about people throwing water at her balcony from the upper floor, the managing committee didnt reply even after multiple complaints. Recently they even blocked gym access. The committee is really the reason people should think multiple times before renting here.

Rooms are very small. Window are big.

Huge spaces , big corridors ,well ventilated, spacious parking, GYM, , PARK and neatly maintained society.

Lavinia is the best place to live in Hiranandani Estate.Awesome society with park, gym, parking. And best people lives in this society. A happy family!

Will never buy or rent in this building. Hiranandani is a great brand and has built a beautiful building, but the society has turned this into a modern day slum. Small rooms and noisy neighbors will give you a complete experience of living in a slum. Secretary (Dharmesh) will prove his deficiency of services at every possible occasion and impose his personal agenda on the residents.The original structure of this building has been ruined because of ducts being converted into extra rooms, resulting in leakages and seepage. The drainage system is a mess (poop smelling flush water, drainage pipes bursting)...arrogant & insensitive culture has unfortunately become the core of the society.Unfortunate to see a good piece of RE project losing market value due to poor management.
