Building is in good locality. Near Thane station. Every things easily available shops, grocery, restaurant etc.

Old structure from outside. But not that bad from inside. Lifts are not maintained properly. Watchman is also not there when needed.

Location is very easily reachable from Thane west, near to railway station platform no one. Place has nearby facility of grossary stors, restaurants, play parks for kids, shopping store, school. Talavpali lake is very near 15mins walking distance.
