Good Towers of Lodha in Thane....This place is Near very Good location and views, high Amenities.

Excellent place ..ambience amazing...close to nature...only network issue n local market far away...cant get easily auto... improvement will make this place to another level.

A good society just too far away (takes too much time to travel here from anywhere)

A good place to stay, house is big and spacious, but the building has a lot of water problems. We get tankers everyday. There is no water pipeline given yet. There are days when there is no water at all and you have to wait for hours to get water. Drinking water tastes bad. We have to order drinking water from a nearby shop. There is no proper society parking available. You have to park it in a different wing and come walking towards your wing.

Place is awesome to live in provided you can pay the big bucks. State of the art facilities, safe and secure gated community.

Building construction is good. However if you are planning to take loan and buy, the supporting staff of Lodha is miserable. I have been assigned an RM for support who doesnt know what are the documents required for bank. I am going to and fro - Bank to Lodha office. Worst there is no where I can escalate.

Good Building with great view of river & pasture. Has good lobby with security & electeicity with FM TEAM.

Cons :1. Water Quality issues for Mumbaikars. There is boring water in all the bathrooms and toilets.2. Commuting issues for office peoples.3. Far from majority all places.4. SiS Company’s Security is very weak as compared to huge complex. They have deployed almost all the freshers or trainee guards. In short there are like labours or workers in Security Uniform.5. Still under-construction. Due to this, dirt all around. We can’t open our balcony in the day time.6. Mosquitoes all around. You can’t avoid them.7. Club house Play Ground is for name-sake. You can’t enjoy anything after the sunset. They kept very low light-lamps.8. All major Mobile networks are weak in this area. Such as Airtel, Vodafone, Jio, Idea, Etc Etc. You have compulsory depend on landline connection.9. Club House Theatre is always closed. Don’t count it as a facility.10. Jacuzzi is closed since 1.5years (2016-2018)11. Sometimes Electricity Issues are there. Setback for them who are coming from mumbai or developed cities.Pros :1. Ambience and Weather.2. Peaceful Environment.3. Hill Station like Air.4. Air conditioner Provided5. Modular Kitchen Provided6. Majority all Schools are providing Bus Facilities to this society.7. Transportation Services like Government Buses (both ACs and Non ACs) are available from 8:00am - 11:00pm. Who helps us to pickup and drop at the junction of this complex as bus stop slighty away from the complex. Private Players like OLA, Uber services are best and perfect 24/7 for midnight travellers. Auto facilities are weak in the Entire Thane as compared to Mumbai.8. Power Generator Facility is available for Lifts only. Which is good.9. 24x7 Water Facility10.
