The place is good. The prices are low. The products are good but the staff is bad in handling customer greivance. They are polite but just at the moment of selling the product but not in a complaint scenario. They dont give complete information about the product and expect the customer to know some basic stuffs which is okay but they lack professionalism as it is the seller who must provide every information with respect to the product rather than just presuming. They must learn some client handling skills too. Just like many others in the market lacking to deliver a nice customer experience.Ill never buy any product from this shop and a wont recommend anyone.

These guys are crooks. I had a display problem and these guys first took 2 days to diagnose and say that it was a motherboard problem.And then they state you different costly offers to get the problem resolved.Beware of these guys

Fixed my laptop issue within a day on request. Highly reliable and trustworthy. Wont charge you extra by faking problems. For the problem I had with my ASUS laptop, other shops had quoted 3k to 6k without guarantee of solving the problem, I got it fixed here in less than 1k within 4-5 hours.
