I had repaired my laptop a month ago, after that when windows get updated it was stuck on it so again i visited shop ,then i told to install ssd and repair to windows. It costs me in all 6800. After pick up it was working well for 15 days then again after upadation it got stuck. They did not solved my problem properly. Even not guiding well no proper technical explanation.Im not satisfied.

Very bad service. They take days to tell the problem that too a wrong one. I had an issue with hardware and they replaced my screen i dont know why. After the repair i take my laptop it still has the same problem!! Just waste of money!!I dont have any invoice of it now!! Its been 8-9 months!! How do u expect to keep invoice? But you should be having a duplicate invoice go through your bills again!! I aint a competitor***

My experience with Tecex - ACER Laptop Keyboard Replacement -has been very strange. Initially I connected with the team over watsapp where there response was instantaneous and very very helpful which made me believe in the reviews I found online. My laptop had two issues one keyboard was not working and secondly my system was auto restarting. I submitted my laptop on Tuesday 3pm and the person clearly told me that it will take minimum 2 days or more as schedule is tight, I agreed and submitted my system. I called them twice on Thursday for order status as my laptop was used for official purpose, first phone call I was said when it will be ready I would be informed then I called again at 3:30pm. The person on the other end told me fitting is done testing is ongoing and to come to there on Friday 11:30 am. Now the things started to fall apart I went there at 11:30 am but my laptop was not there, the store person said it is not done. I was furious as I had made official commitments basis the timeline given to me, I lost my calm and fired at the people incharge as I was in a very bad position and probably which would impact my job. The person on the other end however was professional I must say, inspite of my ill temper he conveyed me he will deliver me the product at my home by 2pm. I called at 2:30 however my laptop was yet not ready, I called at 4:30 when I was told that my laptop keyboard work is done but some software issue is there and it is being looked at so the product will delivered by 8pm. I finally received order 30 mins back.So to draw the conclusion at first instance I was furious and wanted to write a very bad review but then inspite of multiple commitment failures and loss of my own reputation I decided to write the entire story and let the readers decide on there own.As far as I am concerned the costing or replacement is by far the cheapest, the work done by them is splendid but the initial miscommunication has really made me dishearten with the overall experience.They truely deserve 5 star for there service and behaviour with customers but where my own experience is concerned 3 star is all I can give

Extremely disappointed......run by non professional people.....does not value your time ........ believes in passing wrong information and miss leading customers......Had called them 4 times before visiting their place to check for the price of an SSD with clear reference of model number......post an agreement on the price and model number and also the availability,had visited them traveling 8+km and that too in huge traffic to get cheated by trying to handover a different low-grade model......when I questioned , they said they have quoted a different price and model and the model i was looking for is now 1k higher......had wasted 2 productive hours just to listen we didnt hear you right......thankfully post returning back, i cud see that i have a call recorded as well of the conversations i had with them confirming all the details and price.......completely unprofessional people ......BIG SHAME !!!
