I gave my cpu for repairing. I have asked for new machine instead he gave me rusted machine.when i asked for old machine he said he exchanged my machine so cant get it back.he gave me only harddisk and 2 ram back. I am fully cheated by him.

I sent my cpu as the graphic card had an issue. I had an high end 8gb graphic card. This guy sent it away without even asking me and got me a 1gb card in exchange plus charged me for it. This is definitely not professional behaviour.

Not recommended . this guy told me very higher rates for wifi router . Repairing cost 500rs & new router cost 999 rs . he didnt return my old router , and also blocked my number . & now not reply in whatsapp . Big Byte is big fraud .

The owner of the shop is weirdly arrogant. after I placed my problem to him he says I quote apko mere rate pasand nahi aaye the last time call kiya tha btw this was my first time calling him. he asks 2500rs for a PIRATED WINDOWS 10 WITHOUT LISENCE KEY which is totally absurd and illegal.
