One of the worst experiences I have had with suchit. I had a desktop and laptop servicing while desktop was prompt the laptop servicing was a nightmare . The desktop was fixed promptly no issues there but the laptop was a nightmare. Post the laptop was fixed ( the servicing was to change a keyboard) initially there were wifi issues ...wifi not working then when I got the laptop back again post servicing it had multiple scratches on the lid , some of them pretty deep see pics and also on the screen. Then I noted the battery is not charging ....basically all the laptop needed was a key board change but these chaps made it sure that the laptop battery doesnt work. They now say battery is faulty when it wasnt when the laptop was given to them. I recommend stay away.

Suchit is very professional and caters to customers immediately. He explained what the problem was and ensured quick delivery of the laptoo. I found the service very good and would reccomend it to others.

He resolved my issue but the price was high and the quality of work was not great. He said he replaced the cpu socket but the CPU heatsink was not cleaned and other small things like that which makes the work sloppy.

Laptop Plus Suggested a repair that lasted just 4 times of use(3 times 45min approx. and 4th time less than 10 mins).I was assured from Laptop Plus that the repair will last for 2 years on a medium use(my use on lower side).30 days warranty was granted for service.As I was out of town , the problem was faced after period , No cash re embursement granted nor any repair compunsation .Regarding quality of service is pathetic(repairing part). 0⭐Communication skill : Very good before service done. Very Bad after reporting the issue(from Sir aap to TU).⭐⭐As a consumer i believe you should look better options arround you.Looking out for legal advice further.Finally I would say Beware and I hope you get the ideal service for amount that you pay.
