The technician has no idea what the actual problem is in the laptopThe technician told me that after format and with antivirus the problem in laptop will be solvedThen after format there was still issue with the laptop so he told me maybe it had keyboard issueHe was like I will have to detach the keyboard or else my laptop will have issuesAfter checking keyboard he told me hard disk issueThen he told me my laptop has motherboard issueHe just faked that the issue was of mother board when I showed my laptop somewhere else I got to know the issue was of harddisk
