The service provided by the center was awesome. I have submitted my laptop for hinges issue and same was nicely resolved. Service center has done excellent service of my laptop. Now the system is working better than before. I am happy with the service provided by the center.

Terribly slow service, and my laptop developed an additional GPU issue which was previously non-existent under their care.Additonal Comments after the reply- False claims huh, deletion of data was a separate issue which was almost immediately recovered so I didnt even mention that issue here, u were the one who just brought it up. As for the GPU, its a hardware issue (not software like ur claiming) with GPU IC not working, so it has nothing to with u having my password or not. All I know is GPU worked wonderfully, b4 submitting to KlickIT, the battery was always an issue so thats nothing new, now I have a new issue of GPU hardware which needs total motherboard replacement. Now as I said b4, the only issues i have highlighted are 1) Slow service which is something other customers need to be aware of, 2) Magical appearance of new GPU hardware issue, this is more customer specific and need not be common to others, but nonetheless worth knowing about.

Very very expensive...they are charging more than double rates for parts. 9500 for led display...i googled for parts and got it at 4050/-. Also we have to pay compulsory 1500/- for just checking(“diagnosis”)our laptop. Due to lockdown Unable to find any other shop.

I have services two lenevo laptops from Thane service center. They have done a fantastic service on both my laptop.They provide appropriate feedback before repairing and do all what is required. Extremely happy with their service.

Prompt service

Price of Acer Laptop battery is 3 times higher than market price. Still I paid that amount thinking I will get genuine battery as this is official service center for Acer. However in 8 months, my laptop battery died again. They have one year warranty, but I have to run to shop for replacement.Battery serial no. is not appearing on Invoice and as per invoice, warranty is given by KlickIT not by battery manufacturer. Hence authenticity of components/ parts is questionable.

My regular go-to shop laptop issue - solutions. What I like about them - reliable work and matter is dealt with upfront. They dont make you spend unless it is really required, ie, no changing spare parts for no reason etc. Keep up the good work, guys!

This is not a good place to visit, technically they are zero in their work, avoid at any costs if you want to save your money and time.

My Lenovo laptop which was under warranty. Spoke to Lenovo Customer care, but the couldnt resolve my issue. Hence was suggested to visit service center....was slightly dissatisfied as i was expecting a on site support...Hence visited this people...They booked my services & informed that it will take approx 4 days to get the required part replace...no other option had to submit my laptop. But to my surprise this people got the job done within 48 Hrs & returned my laptop in fully working condition....Now my faith in lenovo is fully restored....Will suggest them to everyone...Thanks.

Had submitted my acer laptop for following a complete system crash down. Requested Mr. Felix at the Thane centre to take the case on urgency as I had to fly in the next 36 hours. Surprisingly I recd a call well before the committed time for the pickup.Really glad that Klickit Thane team is very co-operative and responsive to customers needs. Wish them all the best.
