When I gave my laptop to repair they said, it will be done within 2 to 3 days. Now its been around 20 days, still they are asking for little more time. Whenever I called them, they said we are doing this and that, in the end they did nothing and were lied to me. Also they dont provide any bargaining option. The pricing is really competitive. I think Variety and Computech give the best pricing in Thane. The only complaint is I have seen them sometimes being rude to the customers, which is really unprofessional. I know some customers are hard to deal with but being rude with them is not an option.
