Well known for Rich Plum cakes. Christmas and Easter celebration has never been complete with Ingredient Bakerys plum cakes. Sadly they have now closed shop here and moved elsewhere. Just visited the factory today to find out that they have closed down

It is a really great bakery. They make one of the best Banana cakes.

Its a Bakery with very good stuff and prices are not very high, whatever I brought was value for money and good quality, their plum cake with wine is very good. Also the chicken cups tarts are to die for.
