Small but high quality, delicious and filling Turkish breakfast. Bread and homemade jams are amazing!

Came here out of curiosity because their instagram feed looks so attractive. I wasn’t disappointed. They are passionate about their food and I enjoyed my breakfast there a lot. As of January 2020 their Turkish breakfast spread costs 78TL including a small pot of delicious Turkish tea. I would recommend this place if you want to eat in Moda.

Very nice location in one of the best places in Kadikoy Istanbul. Moda breakfast plate and Croque Naan were delicious. Service was good. Staff was very friendly. Tables are a bit tiny but the food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

Good and tasty, high quality products but very poor service quality, the cat is not suitable in the f&b area for hygienic and allergies reasons the customer have to sit where cat lies, not good

A great choice for a snack or lunch in the heart of Moda. Cool, charming vibe with very friendly, attentive and helpful staff who can help you in English if your Turkish is not up to snuff. Amazing breads and homemade sweets and savouries. Try one of their sandwiches on bagels or open face on naan flatbread.Gluten free options too!

The food is good , as for the breakfast (2 persons) , the quantity was so little for 60TL and does not look like the picture posted on google maps.

My friend and I went there for a nice Saturday breakfast but found out they dont serve Moda breakfast after 2:00 PM which there is no information about it in anywhere. If we knew that they did not serve breakfast at that time (around 2:20 PM), we would not have preferred there from the beginning. Just because we were deadly hungry and tired we didnt leave there and ordered some other stuff instead. Our drinks -a coffee and a lemonade- arrived very late. Besides eggshell pieces on my Eggs Florentine, the food was good. I informed the waiter about it but he didnt seem like caring at all. I believe staff was not experienced and organised enough. And that attitude problem of course! This is the common problem of all hipster places around I guess. I dont want to be cruel, so I have to say their sourdough bread was delicious. The experience wasnt quiet satisfying for both of us. A useful tip based on my observation, try to pretend that you are a foreigner/tourist youll get more attention Im sure :)PS: Here are the photos of the latest menu with recent prices.

Just had a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. (a 2-man breakfast can easily feed 3 people, wow!) Everything included was extraordinary and delicious. Patisseries were also exceptional. Its a small, cozy place. There was a slight bad smell problem, due to the old buildings plumbing I assume. Still worth 5 stars in my opinion.

You can find good coffee, bakes at many places in Istanbul. Sometimes all you need is good service and smile. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t have these two. Hope they will have them soon.

Good if you want a taste of North American or Europe style breakfast. Eggs Florentine wasnt bad but could use some potato hash as a side. Nice chance of pace from typical Turkish breakfast and good bread.

Hipsterish bolthole. Owners and staff are nice people. Problem is the taste is not commensurate with the tag. If this was a café 3 stars, if its a bakery and the baked good are not tasty, its two.

The waitress informed me it was for 2 people but kindly offered to make a half portion for me.Really wonderful food, kind and friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere. These guys make some of the best Egg Benedict / Brioche in the country. Ive been a regular customer for a while now. But asking me to leave my outside table because were not open yet is the most absurd and rude thing Ive ever heard. Opening a breakfast place at 9.30 is 1) stupid, 2) your problem not mine, and 3) doesnt give you the right to ask a regular customer (or any human being for that matter) to leave their table.

This is an excellent place to stop in for breakfast or lunch! Wonderful food, great atmosphere and friendly service. I will try to come here every time Im in Istanbul!

The place was quiet and beautiful. Bakery products were very good because the taste of the bread was slightly sourdough. I wanted Turkish coffee plain, but it tasted bitter in general, I cant say I liked it too much. Its tea and bread on bread were well thought out and tasted very good. So I was very tempted by this cafe because in theory it offers a lot of things that I like and the decor is super hyped as I like.I had a Menemen (the eggs with the peppers) and a smoothie bowl. The smoothie was very good but I didnt like the Menemen. Probably because of the cheese in it, I dont know ... and the big downside for me was the service. The welcome was not warm, and I felt like I was bothering more than anything else. This is a bit the fault of some places that are a bit trendy like in Paris, the service is a bit high. In short, not for me!

When we came to Istanbul after watching it in Taste on foot, the first place we wanted to taste was the products of this place. It was a very nice light breakfast full of different flavors. I would prefer to have toasted bread in egg on bread menus, it would be nicer with output and smell. Its slightly heated. The pastry was again special but served only one. Two black olives would go well with it.

A cute place for a hearty, delicious and different breakfast with enormous breads. They can increase the vegan options a little more. Perfect for a different breakfast.

We tried the baguette sandwich and the sourdough bagel. Simit manages. Baguettes are delicious. Its an average venue. A little overrated.

If we had the opportunity to test their products, maybe its good, I cant say anything about it, but we saw it on Footsteps and wanted to try it. In the menu, it was separate with avocado and sour cream in the toast, but the two of them were in mixed sauce in the toast that was brought. Thats why I think they make an economy in material. Overall nice, but material compatibility could be better.

I wrote to make a reservation on Instagram, it was only seen and I could barely get an answer. The next day, when I went, they said that all the products were sold out and that they would close the place (18:00). Their products are beautiful or not, its a separate dimension of the business, but I think communication should have been a little better. Ive seen for a long time and I wanted to try biyerdi.bugun waiting for about 45 minutes after we could find a sitting opportunity :) normally I did not wait so long, but I wondered, was already crowded every time I see that :) :) I tried the croissant first, but it was like borek. I like the taste. Later, we tried the granola bowl and eggless bread biscuit with cheese, I forgot the name :) both were very tasty, can be tried. The decor, ambience and staff are quite nice and simple. Price performance is more than good but good quality. denensin🌸

What we ordered; complete omelet, vegan omelet, breakfast salad, V60 and americano. Everything was very tasty and sufficient. It was brewed in V60 coffee resolution, I couldnt get enough of it (Colombia). The smoked omelet in the complete omelet is really abundant and goes very well with the overalls. It was the one who complained a lot about the prices. Friends, yes, it may be too much compared to the purchasing power in Turkey, but it would be more appropriate to evaluate the product quality and say costly rather than expensive. Ameiiii! Best breakfast in Istanbul. I ate a croque, which was delicious, my daughter ordered a pancake with caramel and chocolate and my husband ordered breads, cheeses and a yogurt with granola, which is made in the house. Everything was very tasty and the service was super attentive. It is worth going to the Asian side of Istanbul.

One of the most successful cafes / restaurants in Moda. A very cute and European style cafe. Their food is definitely very successful. Breads are self-made and real breads made with real sourdough. I have no doubt that the morning breakfast is fantastic. If you only drink coffee, I say dont drink Turkish coffee. I have to mention that the prices are high in terms of the high quality. It may be one of the most expensive cafes in Istanbul. In order to set an example, we ordered 1 salad with spinach and lentils, 1 buttermilk, 1 coke kebab, 1 cola for my other friend, and a Turkish coffee on top of it. In summary, a very successful and expensive cafe.

Do not return from the bakery named Naan Bakeshop without buying sourdough multi-grain bread. Although I thought it was the game of popularity at first because it was quite hard, I found the bread really delicious.Breakfast is also served in Naan Bakeshops small, 3-4 table shop and it looked delicious. You can also consider shopping here for breakfast and eating at Moda Tea Garden.

We tried Eggs Benedict and French Toast, the presentations were incredibly sweet. The portions are also huge. Im afraid to try eggs benedict in another place because it raises the bar to this place.

If youre minimalist, youll like breakfast

I went around 10:00 in the morning and at 10:30 all the tables were full! But after the breakfast was over, I understood the reason. Everything I ate for breakfast was delicious. Not just bread, each one. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the others with the pumpkin yogurt. Its much more comfortable if its hard to go on weekends, like weekends. The price for such a delicious 2 person breakfast was also on average for Istanbul. But the flavor was definitely for me.

A small shop in Kadıköy Moda. Due to the limited seating space, there may not always be room. Its menu is not very wide, but with breakfast options, it appeals to both the eyes and the stomach. Fashion breakfast, you may want to have a mixed breakfast logic, but if you do not get extra hot, it may not be enough for two. The vegan bowl is a beautiful and satisfying choice by itself. There are pastry options. The guys are relevant, they help. You dont have to wait too long for the service. I have not observed that they are very effective within the scope of Covid 19 measures.

Breakfast is not overly crowded, more minimal. The only thing I did not like was that it was a place famous for its breads, but besides breakfast, it was to give fried (very likely days breads) instead of fresh bread types.

None of the products on their plates were just put on their plates, they all have a story, for example, black apricot may seem like a small detail, but it is magnificent. Health to your hands.

I have bought their bread almost since the first day it was opened. I would prefer it because they are sour yeast. However, with the last bread I bought, I am sure that there is no yeast except grape bread, minus yeast. There is no difference from any bread.
