We ordered the chocolate- butterscotch cake and it was awesome. 🙂 They made it exactly how we wanted and the cake was moist and fresh. It was home delivered on time and packed well. The guys there at the store were very polite and responsive. Not overly priced for the design we wanted and we were very happy to get the outcome for that money spent. Ordered the previous afternoon and got it on next evening by 6. Overall a very good experience.

This Hangout Cakes & More outlet is located on the ground floor at the main exit of the mall near to Starbucks.They keep both veg and non-veg savouries.The veg cashew sandwich is okay in taste.The ambience of the outlet is nice.The staff are nice in behaviour and cordial.The service received is fast and good.

Also they make cakes according to your order.Visit it if you need one.

Yesterday I bough a Red velvet cake from this cake shop for my parents Anniversary, it looked really pretty but when we ate it it was SALTY idk whats wrong the cream had Salt in it and the bottom part of the cake had salt in it

The service provided by hangout cake meadows branch & viviana mall are pathetic.I was told cake delivery time at viviana mall at 11:00am sharp on 8th sep but i got my cake by 12:30.the staff members at viviana hangout are not at all discplined they dont know how to talk to there customer.I Ordered fondant minion cake but the cake was already damaged by themsleves.I am very much disappointed by the service.

This Hangout outlet is located on the ground floor of Viviana mall right outside the exit door of the mall.They have a nice collection of pastries, brownies, cupcakes and cakes. I liked their eggless truffle torte pastry. I feel the rates are on the higher side but the quality and taste justifies the rates.They also provide take aways and are available on swiggy and Zomato as well. You can order the cakes and pastries you like from these sites as well.Overall this place will not disappoint you.

On 7th October I bought a cake from hangout cake viviana mall,it was my anniversary so bought chocolate cake but all went wrong when we tasted the cake.This spoiled my anniversary this year.Very disappointed I guess they have given me old cake which was smelling so bad,I puked when I tasted it.will never suggest or buy any stuff from this store in future,share this with my friends as well.

I had ordered eggless chocochip cake. It was not too sweet, and had right amount of chocochips.

The cake I was about to order in Viviana malls outlet of Hangouts and more had small insect on it and it started flying as soon as the person placed it down so I walked out... Not so hygienic.. they had kept lots of cakes in crates in a corner and had not even covered it and claimed it was fresh stock... Would not go there again!

Worst pastry ever. We received pastry which was half eaten.we had ordered it through Swiggy. Worst experience ever.

The worst experience ever.I brought a cake of about 640 rupees on new years Eve. My sister complained saying that it doesnt take like it was made fresh and I taunted her and that was the mistake I made . The very next day that is yesterday, I ate this cake and after a few hours I was puking my guts out. This cake almost gave me food poisoning. I am so upset, I have a huge stomach ache and I paid 640 for that ache.Dear hang out,Why keep a cake that is a week old?Matlab new year ha toh kuch bhi do ga kya??I want my 640 back.

Good cakes and savory but need to xheck freshness before buying

We’d ordered a fresh fruit cake for our anniversary . The sponge was soft , fluffy and fresh but the cream was little unusual ... no it wasnt stale but yes it wasn’t fresh . The heart shape too wasnt formed evenly . Breakings were hid by the whipped cream . Overall it was ok ! Tho we love Hangout cakes but this one had let down . 3 stars are for the past experiences .

Horrible. If u r planning to order a birthday cake then u r wasting your money. The counter staff is not competence. Not proper communication with company. So your order wont be as per your expectations.
