The workshop was good, Shruti explained and answered our questions diligently. COVID protocol for social distancing WAS NOT FOLLOWED also people (including the staff) kept removing masks from time to time. Request them to keep a shoe rack it wont cost a lot and its better than shoes soaking wet in rain. The washroom was also clean. The only hands on we did was slice cake and coat it with frosting/cream. I was disappointed learning to make icing patterns with overused and unstable frosting. They didnt even replace it. Also I believe they are not very approachable folks. I asked them for the pictures from our batch, but none responded but they can put a status.And the workshop is not as seen on instagram, we were not given aprons ( I think they are reusing pictures from a different batch) and wet towel for evryone? Please! or a tissue box because it was nasty to watch everyone wipe their messy hands in the same cloth (luckily I had sanitizer) if they hve lack of towels I would hve appreciated them telling it me before hand when I messaged them. The recipe book she shared in pdf format is ok.I would have loved it if she provided a little more knowledge on sugarfree cake recipes or low calorie ones ( milk maid is high calorie sugar). Thàts one area Shruti could work on.Overall for a one-time training you can go here. Its a residential area so you will get parking easily

Workshop was awesome. Teaching methodof Shruti di is good and simple. The cake isfully handmade from step 1 no premix orartificial mixes used. Really worth the timeand money.Thank you Team Bake Nation.👍🏻❤️

I would seriously request people to not join their workshops except for the pdf they share nothing is good , they are totally into money business . This is the second time I’m editing and putting review , they also block you once you will write negative review for them . And there are so many people at a time which is seriously too bad and nothing is same as they show on Instagram. Hands on sessions was only for few minutes which was of literally no used , nothing was taught properly. There are many things in which they lack . Also cake distribution was not proper and they literally hide their two tier wedding cake in kitchen which was made during workshop . I mean seriously!!!!!Too worst

I spoke with a Person named Roshini about the question I have in the video tutorial provided she was unable to answer it and says its an illogical question we will not respond.How come a question like do we have to use the sweetened or unsweetened version of the ingredients to be used (as they are not clear in their video) is illogical??

Awesome session. Was expecting basic cake recipes. But it was worth learning. Everything was thought in detail. Every type of cake sponge , icing , various types of baking techniques and usage of specific ingredients was explained in detail. We made our own respective sponges . And doing the further decoration part. Also learned various techniques and nozzles for various designs. Over all a very good experience. A single session is enough if you want to open your own cake shop. 🧁🧁🎂Care of hygiene was taken.And she is very polite.😇

Went for a one day cake making crash course/workshop and I never expected that a days course/workshop could help us with so much content and knowledge in a span of 8-10 hours. Attended a one day cake workshop at Thane here are reasons for a one star :)1) Extremely unprofessional way of teaching : She ( Shruti Maam) accommodates 20 ladies in a small hall of a flat and according she lets everyone assemble near a dine table area where the entire mess is created,it was a complete chaos and she is extremely unpunctual the workshop started at 11:30am .2) Way unhygienic workshop: None of the people had gloves in their hands and neither chef caps on head3) Only cakes bases were taught and all the cake bases were same none of cakes had right variations . She just played with emulsions and essence .4) None of the students were taught the process of baking at all,none of the participants even entered the kitchen .We didnt bake our cakes.5) The cakes creams and colors were so cheap though the food colors were vibrant but the quality was way too cheap .6) The whipped cream process was done by her assistants we didnt got any opportunity to use the beater at all.7) All the process of cake decoration was done by her and neither of us got any opportunity to do so according to her if participants do decoration then the pictures will come out to be indeed bad and it will effect her reputation . I wonder for what did we pay?8) No natural products were used at all only essence and emulsions for eg kiwi cake contained only khus essence just imagine !! No fresh fruits .9) Dont be enticed by cake decoration ,the cakes dont taste good at all !! It lacked the right quality and it looked as if it was brought from a local bakery !!10) Her workshops are way expensive ( 2000 RS) a day ! And facilities are none !!My humble request dont attend and waste your money on her workshops ,no one can learn the process of baking in a day !! It takes time !! Learn from a reputed organization!!

Excellent...I was as fresher as the fresh cream used in the cake😁 but the way Shruti mam taught us was really awesome....very honest , friendly and down to earth and open to heart person...and she taught us very well & all 10 cake taught in the cake workshop were yummm and look wise also attractive...and taught in the easy way , and major many cakes and designs covered in one day workshop and practical hands on activity...

I attended the baking class today. Being a complete fresher to this baking field, I had no clue how things go and what is the process. Thanks to Shruti and other co-trainers and my fellow trainees I was made comfortable to the atmosphere. Talking about the session, the training was really very good. Being a big batch, it was difficult to keep personal attention but Shruti and her team managed to do so successfully. It is a very good experience to understand from the scratch how to make cakes and what all ingredients are required and recommended to use. As the advertisement says, no compromise on taste, they really meant it. The outcome of ours and their efforts was just beautiful and Tasty.
